Likes
- Like about college is faculty, placement partner, club, enviornment.
- specially placement, before placement season coming they will again give you training for 2-3 months especially. where they will teach you basic coding, math, english ,communication etc.
Dislikes
- college does not have it's own hostel, which is the only lack i have seen.
- for not having it's own hostel in it's own campus, so it was taking 15-30 minutes extra everyday.
Remarks :
After qualifying for the webjee exam, in counseling, I have chosen this college for my graduation. College reputation was and is very good in every aspect, either cultural or academic. Admission was very easy, after getting the college name in counseling, reached to college there it will take a maximum of 3-4 hours for the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen the Information Technology branch because I want to study about this field. Along with all the branches, this branch was also good in this college. The faculty of this branch was very supportive in every field. Their teaching style, to make you understand all parts was good. In every semester you have to take 2 internal exams, lab exams, viva, and all. Fees hike was every year it will increase in multiples of two like 1st year 80k, 2nd year 82k, 3rd year 84k, etc.
Internships Opportunities :
i have done internship in Cognizant for 3 months. role was full stack java developer. They have teach me for first 10 days, it was like KT session. Then i moved to some project where i have to contribute on a developing project. It was something like a management webApp. where i have worked on backend part.
Placement Experience :
In this college, placement is very good. In my time 65 out of 65 got placed with a minimum of 4 lpa. carteria --> So many companies will visit so you will have different carteria. for some companies, it will be 60% + throughout 10 to graduation. but some will have 50% also. some will allow you with maximum of two backlogs even. So don't take tension about placement. visitors are like TCS cts IBM Wipro etc. placed student percentage was 95-97.
Campus Life :
Life at campus in this college is very good. In every semester you will get to attend so many fest. Technical, nontechnical, and others. Technical like coding competitions, hackathon, robotics, etc., and another part in fest you will get single (in my time Nikitha Gandhi, brotha v, etc. came), dance competitions from other colleges and many more you will see. Now come to the library, there is a huge library with good and supportive staff. There you will find every book either related to your semester or other general books and journals. In college, you will have a sports club also where you will compete with other colleges. games like cricket, football, badminton etc. The college doesn't have a hostel. but it has a tie-up with the PG owner so you won't find any difficulty there regarding with hostel. The food quality was good.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.
Seth Anandram Jaipuria College

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
Review of my collage
Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
