- I really like my college campus and college canteen. The college students behaviour is too much good. There was a good canteen and the canteen food quality is too much good.
- Our Collage have not any ragging issue. Our campus is truly ragging free. And our Collage toilet and cleaning is too much good. Our college have Water purifier in every floor By this, the student always Get good water.
Dislikes
- There is A big issue of teacher, faculty in our college. In our science department, there are only five teacher. And the Computer science lab room We have a shortage of proper elements.
Remarks :
The college is made by the legend sir Vidyasagar. And it’s a high-rated college in Kolkata. The Computer Science Department Is ranked number 6 in Calcutta University. So, I prefer College for my education. And the Call location is too good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose computer science at the Collage because it is the sixth number College at Calcutta University. The teachers are good. But the exam time is too bad. Because the semester exam is come to fast. The College gives Swami Vivekananda a scholarship from the West Bengal government and the BSc student can get. 18,000 per year. But they have a condition you have to get 60% marks every year. My course is computer science, it is a very good course.
Internships Opportunities :
I never get a placement From my college. For two years I never saw any company here for our internship. So there is no idea about my placement in this scholar. But I think I will get a placement from my college in next year.
Placement Experience :
Sorry to say that our College does have not a good Placement criterion. But sometimes, TCS Wipro comes to our college for placement Or internship. But they also need a higher result. My plan after the degree is to get in touch with TCS or Wipro. I also do the M Tech or MSC after the degree.
Campus Life :
The college conducts many functions and social work Every year, from August to December, the contact functions and many other programs for this student. There is a big stock of Books in their library. There are unions for a student, but there is no pressure to attend the Union program. If any student is interested in union, he or she can do it.
Hostel Facilities :
The College canteen quality is too much good. It is a good canteen. But our College has not hostel faculty. But the local area has many PG rooms and rented rooms. There are many PG rooms behind our College. Our College is under Calcutta University, so students can apply to the Calcutta University hostel. And if there Luck is good. They can get a hostel room that is situated on The side of our college.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
