IGDTUW Cutoff 2026

IGDTUW B.Tech allotment through JAC Delhi depends entirely on JEE Main rank, filled preferences, category, quota, and seat availability. CSE was the most competitive branch, with the Outside Delhi female category closing rank in Round 1 recorded at 12,991. Delhi-quota closing ranks are more relaxed than the Outside Delhi quota, making domicile status an important factor during branch allotment.

  • Higher JEE Main rank improves access to more competitive IGDTUW branches.
  • Candidates allotted in Round 1 may be upgraded to a higher preference in later rounds.
  • Candidates who miss the required reporting window lose the allotted seat.

This college is affordable, safe for girls and also environment of college is positive these factors made me take admission in igdtuw. I filled jac delhi counselling form which considers only jee mains marks and I qualified jee mains so thought to apply for it and also I did my 12th from Delhi that made me eligible for home state quota of delhi which helps to get admission at below ranks also . From jac counselling you can only take admission to delhi colleges like DTU, nsut , iiit and igdtuw these colleges are included in jac counselling. There is no such interviews or written tests for admission, you just have to fill jac counselling form and fill your choices which will be locked automatically and 5 rounds are conducted and after that if some seats are left then spot round is also conducted so fill choices carefully. And after you got your seat and you are willing to choose it you have to visit that college to lock your seat in given time which is mentioned in jac brochure.

I prepared using mock tests and coaching. The college is great overall, though fees are rising and hostels are limited. Not to mention its an all girls college, which might be a nono for some students. Personal preference I mean

For this college , I gave Jee main exam and I applied in JAC Delhi counseling through which I got ECE -AI branch . it's pretty easy for Delhi students to get into this college since 85 percentage sears are reserved for them( You can get cse ai if u have decent percentile) . For outside Delhi ,for ECE -AI ,depends on which category you are for ews it's 45000, and so it varies. College is good in terms of placement and exposure and that's the sole reason I choose this college. Cons are you will get bored of college eventually because campus is so small and there is very limited open space especially for sports. infrastructure is not really good like you would expect for a college related to technology should have

the exceptional placement scenario made me choose the college after JEE. Apart from that, it is easily close to my home and the metro connectivity is great. The selling point was a government college at a rather low jee rank in a high tech branch.

The beat thing of this college is its placement rate. The placement rate of the college is outstanding with 95% placement rate and with 80lacs of highest package..It stands on no. 4th in terms of placement all over India. Cutoff for Delhite is 2-3lacs and for outsiders its 80k rank. This college has small campus, which is not so hectic. There is no interview or written test. Its just you get via JAC delhi Counselling.
