So now I will tell about the aspects briefly and thoroughly. I appeared for Jee mains and got a rank of 2 lakhs. I applied for Ojee and I was getting mechanical engineering branch in VSSUT Burla.But I had a strong interest on coding so I opted for silicon as in the Ojee it is the topmost private college They take admission through Ojee and their own counselling. There are no personal interview GD/PI. The good aspects are 1. Academics is strict and good. 2.Some faculties are great. 3. Great coding environment. 4. Less fees compared to other private colleges like kiit iter. 5. Classrooms and labs are okayish. Bad aspects- 1.Some faculties are so rude . 2. Very Small campus . 3.Strict rules and regulations. 4.So much overload and less holidays. So overall it depends on you and your perspective.

I got admission by means of JEE Mains only. No other written test,group discussion or interviews were required. After your admission into the course they will form groups of 8 to 9 students and they will ask you to give your introduction and why you chose this branch and from you were inspired to take this course as your career.

The college has very good records in academics and placement. They are quite strict regarding to the examination . The admission process is simple . Candidate can be selected through jee and ojee percentile. The cutoff is average for cse and also other branches.

This college has a very good faculty and keeps academics as their top priority. The campus environment is also good and seniors are really friendly. Fooding is average but one can sustain on it without getting sick. Only thing that bothers is they don't give you enough time for sports or extracurricular activities and upskilling.

I choose this college for its academic excellence and because of its placement record and some of my seniors suggested me to join this college. The Faculty members of this college are well educated and very friendly in nature. No I didn't faced any kind of group discussion or interview

The main factor which impressive was the college placement , I know it was not that good but it is okay , if anyone will study then he or she will get the placement , and also the lectures are nice supportive ,

I got to know about my college from my councellor, he only suggested me for choosing this college as it was the best affordable college as per needs and money and not that much hi fi like other colleges that's why I chose for this college and this college is best for academics so this is the reason.

i got a spot admission here in the college in ECE branch based on my JEE rank as my primary goal was to do NEET so i doing engineering was my second choice so i didnot applied for any other colleges . The students get different branch according to their Jee score

the college offers well-structured curriculum that perfectly balanced theoretical and practical application . the syllabus is regularly updated according to the industry demands. the only cons of the college is rigid attendance policies and campus is too small. silicon take students from two ways: - 1. OJEE (50% seats) 2. university level counselling. (50% seats) the main eligibility criteria are 40% in 10+2 examination.

Return on investment of this college attracted me to join itand the location of this college is also very good as this is in the corporate epicentre of the capital city of odisha. There are no separate exams or interviews to join . It can be joined from appearing in ojee counselling by giving ojee or jee exam.
