According to my JEE results, this was the only NIT I was getting for mechanical engineering. The college is located in Jote which is a village 20km far from capital Itanagar. The overall environment of the college is good there was zero ragging. Some bad aspects of the college are its infrastructure is not well developed and facilities are not so good but the good thing is the improvement we can see.

I prepared for JEE mains I got around 87 percent in mains, while choosing option I chose this and got.. no interviews and nothing just prepare for the JEE Mains exam. One of the toughest exams in India and the world.. please be prepared and every year cutoff marks will be changed. I got a seat in this college in the last special round.

The Admission Process at NIT Papum Pare is based on the JEE Mains score, I got the seat allotment through the Jossa counseling rounds which happened in Aug 2020 and joined in Nov 2020. I prefer this college over other colleges because it is one of the new established campus and i got this college based on my JEE Mains percentile. I used their college website to know more regarding the college and gave preference in my college preferences for Jossa councling.
