Course curriculum is hectic as per the other NITs but the professor are very supportive and helpful and easily approachable to each and every students for academic and non academic doubts across the campus

Course Curriculum is changing every year here now as they're trying to add modern technology to our syllabus. Every Sem you'll get 6 theory subjects and 4 related practical subjects. Every Semester you have to give three exams Mid-Term 1, Mid-term 2 and End - Term Exam, which will be conducted within 4 months and you'' get more holidays to complete your internships or to learn skills. Exams questions are based on the lecture contents, so you have to attend classed regularly if you want to focus on academics

The faculty of the National Institute of technology Sikkim are very good and friendly and very interactive with students and the curriculum is very good to students and they are very interactive.

I was always eager to do my passion in engineering and then I got the college on basis of air rank. Faculties teaching in the college are highly qualified and they are all phd in their fields. Exams have been there are 2, one is mid term other is annual exam

All the faculties here have completed there Ph. D.s from IITs and NITs and are well qualified. The course structure is also good and it keeps on changing depending on the needs of the industry. Recently an AI ML course was introduced as it is gaining demand. 2 midterms in a gap of 1 month and 1 end term in each semester are conducted. Any student who follows the class well can get a good 8+ GPA in exams. The teachers are also very helpful and supportive and a faculty advisor is allotted for every 10 students to guide them for anything they need. The Institute notifies us about various scholarships in NSP, FFE, etc and many students in our college are awarded. Moreover, there's a fee remission for the lower-income category and SC ST students.
