Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

the placement is also a very good reason to opt for this college if you see the recent placement rates despite the recession the placement is good. many companies visit here every year to give placements. the placements for the lower branches like aerospace is horrible i dont know why they are not getting placed but the placement of circuital branches is very good

I am doing civil engineering and its course is outdated. Professor just focus more on theory part rather than practical knowledge. Every semester we have to study boring subjects with boring professors.

Placement and job opportunities are good. Everyone is eligible for placement. Just maintain decent CGPA which is easy. Various roles like data analyst, SDE and core are open to all average package is eight lakh per annum

The eligibility criteria for placement is that student should not be having backlogs in any subject from the preceding semesters. Few notable recruiters were JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, American Express, arcesium, NatWest, TATA, Maruti and some of them even recruited dozens of students. My plans after getting the degree is to land a decent job as a Data analyst and later prepare for gate or UPSC.
