Jamia Admission Dates 2026
JMI uses its own entrance test for many UG and PG courses. Some courses follow national exams, including B.Tech through JEE Main, B.Arch through NATA, BDS and BPT through NEET UG, and M.Tech through GATE.
For the 2026-27 session, applications opened on 20 February 2026 and entrance tests were held from 26 April to 5 June 2026. Selection lists for different programs have been issued from July 2026 onwards. The qualifying examination result must be submitted by 31 October 2026, wherever this rule applies.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course since i wanted to do phD. Faculties are good. Teaching methode is blackboad only. Term exam are also fine. Not that difficult to pass. But you need to score marks in internals since it will contribute 40% of total score.
Placement Experience:
There is not much placement for physics people. but there is an active placement cell and general kind of industry placement we can participate . recruiters visits, chances of getting are based on our perfomance.

All teacher have PHD nd some fromIIT too they teach you in practical way with real life examples , There is two sessional test in each semester and Two semester in each Session i will say the difficulty level would be 7/10. There is attendance criteria of 75% but each year they relaxed the criteria not sure for upcoming years
Internships Opportunities:
there is no as such internship from College Side but there Are too many groups where we receive almost every week a new internship offer from.private companies Till now i didn't chose any internship but in next session i'll look forward to chose one. JMI organizes events focused on career development.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course duration is of 4 years and 6 months of internship . There are no semester systems only internal exams and final exams with practicals . Final exams are of 1050 marks total as the subjects in first year are 10 . The faculty are all professors with decade of teaching experiences and some high profile proffesors also who were earlier the part of many big physiotherapy assoscistions. The teaching method includes ppt and verbal the exams are not too tough in the 1 year if you study 2-3 day’s before u can score good marks
Placement Experience:
Some courses do not offer campus placement but in our course internship is given by the collegs in many hospitals of delhi and after that its upto student where they get placed as per their skilss as this is a professional course . My Persnol plans are to go abtowd after the completion of this course for better salary and other opportunities but many students prefer to stay and open their own clinics which is also a good choice . Course Curriculum Overview:
Course design is really nice, facilities are better especially library and faculties were top notch. In social science courses urdu language is compulsory which feels academic burden rest everything is fine.
Remarks:
Faculty and its reputation as central university and its location in delhi were the driving force to be here. Apart from this Jamia comes in top ten universities of country and here crowd is very diverse.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty members are highly qualified, with most holding doctoral degrees and possessing significant experience in academia and legal practice. Their teaching methods blend lectures, caselaw analysis, and interactive discussions, making learning engaging and practical. Term exams are conducted semester wise and there are total 10 semesters, maintaining academic discipline, and the difficulty level is moderate, requiring conceptual clarity and analytical skills.
Placement Experience:
The college has a dedicated internship and placement cell which makes sure that the students are not left without internship opportunities in their semester breaks. The placement cell also makes sure that the students who are willing to get a job after completing the course succeeds in getting placed. However a lot of students opt for either higher studies or pursue Judiciary after completing their degree.

I think the course is carefully curated to impart the max knowledge no doubt the workload is high which in general is high for architecture but with time management everything's is mangable what I like the most is that our college prefers in hands on knowledge with site visits and yearly study trips for 1zt year we went to Rajasthan and 2nd year we'll go to hilly regions and 3rd year to kerela and 4th year MoRTH east the purpose of these tripsis to study the the climate of each region and vernacular architecture and how to combat with different types of climates

Jamia has a 100%placement rate for architecture . As the last semester of the 5th year is for the compulsory intership uf you don't do the intership you degree will not be approved so jamia makes sure there students are getting real life experience which in turn helps get them jobs

I am little bit interested about programming languages.So i thought let's explore this field and also I contact with som of the Passouts of this college for the review and after all the factors I got from them I finally decided to take the college. Talking about the faculty there are some professors that are well qualified and in top research scientist list . So we have 2 internal exams and 1 end sem exam (external) that are conducted with gap of 1.5 months. Difficulty level - moderate
Placement Experience:
Eligibility criteria - 7cgpa + (Max companies) Some of the companies that came for placement are Optum,HSBC,TCS. Optum - 18 students (total) HSBC - 9(total) TCS - 18 (from cse, I don't have any idea about other departments) Highest package - 18lpa Oncampus (Optum) Avg package - 5.5 lpa Percentage of students getting placed - Around 70 percent in cse but in other departments this number is less I will pursue digital marketing after the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm thrilled with the fluid mechanics and Jamia provides a highly qualified faculty of fluid mechanics in affordable budget. The faculties are at least PhD Holders, and some are out standing on their field of study contributing to India's Development projects, manufacturing sectors of world, in worlds top 2% scientist, and known international. There are 2 internal assessments and then a semester exam. The level of exams was moderate.
Placement Experience:
The eligibility criteria for placements are dose not have any active or passive backlog must have CGPA greater than 7 etc. L&T 11 offers, Yamaha 3 offers, and Midea 5 offers. The highest package is 7.5 lpa and average is 4.5 lpa. Almost 25% students were placed this year till now.
