Will my application for IIT Madras BS program get accepted if I have failed JEE?

IIT Madras BS program has two entry paths- JEE Main or through the qualifier exam. Those who qualify to write JEE Advanced by scoring sufficiently in JEE Main are admitted to the foundation level of the BS program. Those who do not qualify as above have to enrol in the qualifier program. This is a 4-week program with assignments and an exam at the end of the 4 weeks. Qualifying in this also earns admission to the foundation level of the BS program.
