AKTU Admission 2024 is ongoing for degree courses based on JEE Main, CUET, and NATA scores.
Formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University was established in 2000 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. This state university is UGC and AICTE approved, and has more than 700 colleges affiliated to it. AKTU Lucknow offers a wide range of courses in varied streams like Engineering, Management, Architecture, Advanced Studies, Design and Pharmaceutical.
AKTU Lucknow’s BTech program spans across 4 years, and is offered in 7 specialisations. The candidate should have cleared 10+2 with 45% and JEE Mains/UPSEE with qualifying marks, followed by UPTAC Counselling to enrol for this course. Other examinations taken into consideration for AKTU BTech Admissions are CUET and Uni-GAUGE. The total intake for this course is 77,450 seats. The total fees for this course is Rs 2.2 Lakhs.
A wide variety of courses are offered at AKTU Lucknow, including BArch, BDes, MCA, MDes, BEd, MBA and PhD. AKTU Lucknow Admissions are based on merit and entrance exam, both.
Scholarships at AKTU Lucknow are based on merit scored in the UPTAC Examination. These scholarships are awarded by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. An amount of Rs 66,000 is awarded to in-campus students, while Rs 56,000 is awarded to off-campus students.
In 2024, the AKTU Lucknow Placement Drive registered almost 7,000 students for placements, out of which 90% students were placed. The highest CTC offered was INR 1.2 Crore Per Annum! The average CTC was recorded at INR 7 LPA. Microsoft, Google, Rippling, Tact.ai, Heinz, Wipro, Samsung, Oracle, IBM, TVS, Godre, Morgan Stanley, and Barclays were some of the prominent recruiters in 2024.

The course and curriculum of the University are very good and related to real world applications. The teacher are very experienced and helping in nature. In one semester 3 internal exams- 2 sessional and 1 PUT after that external exam conducted.
50-60% student get good placement wll reputed companies, curriculum was excellent. College provide us internship for better future and experience. After completing the 3rd year the students are eligible to sit in campus placement.

Read Full ReviewThe faculties are good here but you cannot fully depend on them however gl Bajaj is known for its strict syllabus completion. They will prepare for your semester examinations properly. There are total 3 internal exams per semester
The placement opportunities are quite descent, better than most of the private colleges. From 3rd year you can sit for college placement rounds. They also great internship opportunities from 2nd year onwards. However it's difficult to grab internisps because you have to prepare for the interview round.

Criteria for the placement is completing the 4 years after btech and my opinion the placement in our college is not too good so if u want to place after 4 years you have to choose better than this...because here placement is not too good.

Till now I am in my 1st year ,so cant say much about the placement and job facility by the college, but the seniors those have graduated have been given average package of 6,50,000 and the package ranges upto 10,00,000 ,which is pretty good as this fee structure.

The placement in pharmacy field is good and the college provide placement per year many company visit in the college and give placement to the students. Minimum 6 CGPA required for placement. Average placement 20,000 per month
