IIT Kanpur MSc Admission Process

The IIT Kanpur admissions for MSc are made through IIT JAM and JAM counselling.
The candidates need to register from the official website for entrance as well as counselling @ https://jam.iitm.ac.in/ApplicationProcess.php
One needs to pay INR 750 as the registration fee on the official website.
The seats will be allotted according to the preferred choices which can not be changed after the application process has been completed.
Once allotted a seat you can either choose to stabilise the process or look for further better seat options.

Those willing to accept the allotted seat and not go for any further options will have to pay a seat booking fee. This fee is refundable if you wish to withdraw from the admission process (deducting the processing fee).
