So I applied for many college throughout India, I got selected in VIT chennai as it was a top and well reputed university around the globe. I did have GD's, interviews and wrote government and private exams to get admission and selected here.

I searched this had mechanical with specialisation courses. Doing a minor will be an advantage for me compared to other mechanical engineers. I was inspired by their curriculum and the varieties of non graded courses that they provide which would allow me to focus on my hobbies and interests. Their tie up with other foreign institutions and industries is obviously a plus point. To join here the only way is through their entrance exam VITEEE. There are a total of 125 questions with a duration of 2hrs 30mins. There is no negative marking. Portions are from 11th and 12th syllabus. Students well versed in the basic concept can easily get a good rank. I went through NCERT and PYQ.

This was the best college option i got and i think i took a right decision by coming to this college.the college has good placements faculties curriculum etc.the admission process was a bit lengthy but worth it

Good aspect are that you meet people over India and foreigners also Bad aspect is the strictness and you surfers from tamil language as teachers, warden,and other facilities gives first preference to tamil students

i gave the viteee exam and got a rank of 39386 and i was given a seat at vitc in category 5 for computer science and engineering . first chose this clg because its very big compared to bangalore colleges ( where im from) and i was impatient waiting for other exams results like KCET because they kept dragging it.

Yeah, there is an example called viteee which gets you into vit.It consists of physics, chemistry, maths and qualitative skills based on your class 11 and class 12. If you get below 20k rank you have a good chance of getting ece and similar courses in category 1, computer science with specialization in category 2.

To get into vit one needs to give viteee exam which has syllabus similar to jee but comparatively easy and less. After writing the exam you will be allotted a rank depending on your performance according to which you have to fill the preferences of your desired courses if your rank is good enough you will get your first preference course if not preferences will be seen. After this you have to just pay the fees and prepare for your new college life

The main reason to chose this college was that it is well reputed college along with good placements.Many renowned companies like amazon flipkart ,ola ,uber,phone pe etc visit the college for placement.Also there is a lot of exposure as students from every part of the world come here to study different courses.So to get admission in this college you only have to give viteee exam and if you score well the. You can easily get a seat based on your rank

I cleared VITEEE and got admission here. Good aspects of this college is it is very diverse. And it offers great opportunities to its students. There are various option for extracurricular activities also.
