i didnt git intership as of now and i didn't heard about it maybe science peeps may get those but humanities peeps don't get but you can try from other source apart from college for internship, but our project from dept help us to get deep because our project give use the emerging things that we can face in future and i think that helps a lott in shaping the clarity through projects

Internships through B. Borooah College? Honestly, that's not really a thing they offer or organize. There's no structured internship program tied to the BSc courses. I haven't opted for any, and I don't personally know anyone in my batch who got an internship directly through the college. They don't have company tie ups or a cell that helps you secure one. Any internship you might hear about is because a student found it on their own online or through a personal contact. There's no list of companies, no defined roles, and definitely no information about stipends coming from the college. Any project work you do is purely academic and part of your syllabus or lab practicals like a prescribed chemistry experiment or a botany specimen project. Those are just for marks, not real-world tasks. So if you're coming here expecting the college to connect you to internship opportunities, you'll be disappointed. You're completely on your own to search, apply, and find something outside.

No there's no internship program in the college you have to search one of your own . And the certificate must be given to the college.

The internship will happen in the end of the degree which will be thr last sem.internship opportunity varies from dept to dept..some also gets opportunity to go to iit colleges for research work.. ...

In our department I have noticed the pg students are so interactive and to get intership and all I have to be interactive too. And if I get a chance to do my higher education here I just love doing it .

No I have not opted and internship till now because I am new to this college and I am in the first semester. The internships are help from 3 Rd semester only. But as my knowledge few of the students that were senior got placements.N

There are no placements but after completion of the course, one can opt for a career in teaching. Net/set exams can be prepared to do PhD in the subject after that one can get a good professor job in a college.

There are no placements offered by the college. You can study different types of courses and subjects depending upon on your interest. After completion of the course you can go for something else or can apply for jobs through the course certificate related to the job
