Acharya Narendradev College Review

Placement Experience:

So in bsc it's way too hard to find a placement just by doing a bachelor's so either you can go for master's in your desired field or you can do an MBA or some other course. College does not provide any placement or internship as such although they will keep telling you the opportunities but you have to look for them on your own.

Life at ANDC

What I Liked

The college life is quite nice here. College infrastructure is good and appreciating. Faculties are nice and interactive. Overall collrge life is good here depends upon your behaviour and way of living.

What I didn’t like

Although the college life is good but there still exits some factors which i dont like such as processing of some college documents is somwtimes very slow. Classes often get cancelled after we reach college. And many more thungs also exists.

Placement Experience:

Placement and intership opportunity is really good for example one of my senior is placed in flipkart just after completing the graduation. My intership is also provided which help us to learn different things hands on and also earn with it.

My life at Andc

What I Liked

The faculty of every department is exceptional, all the professors are very helpful and cooperative. We get to learn new things everyday with them.
Good exposure of labs and instruments, also classes are regular and whole syllabus is covered by teacher properly
Very low fees compared to other colleges Facility are good. A.C labs, all equipment are in working condition, cantine food is also good

What I didn’t like

The water drainage system is not present in college premises so in rainy season the water gets accumulated and it's a huge havoc.
There is no hostel or mess for college students. We have to take PG as our local residence
The infrastructure was not so good and the area covered by the college is very small

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:from 5th semester, student become eligible for campus placement and the placement is not so good so most of the students prefer to go for off campus and very less companies comes in the college as i heared from the senoir highest package was about 5-6 LPA and the average package was 4 LPA about 30-50% students get oncampus placement from the college and others go for offcampus my plan is to go for offcampus placement in IT and not depend on college for placement. The placement rate is low.

Internships Opportunities:

Recently, the College has been empaneled under the Pradhan Mantri YUVA Yojna. The internship rate is not that high. HDFC offered me an internship and I worked 2 or 3 months with them then I started for preparing competitive exams

ACHARYA NARENDRA DEV COLLEGE A HONEST REVIEW

What I Liked

I like the library ..The library of the college is good
Another is cricket net ...that's so good but no equipments provided by college faculty

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is not good ..it is so basic
No equipments are provided by the college sports room alltime ..for ex for cricket bat and kit nd all

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is ..u have enrolled in a course pg or ug and some criteria is from company if they needed students who have cgpa above 7 or whatever there is no such criteria by the college ig Now the adtc (placement cell) is saying they will provide placements to each and every student

Internships Opportunities:

No, I am not enrolled in any type of internship ...I don't have enough time to do any internship right now.......do study nd all nd have some enjoy in college life ..........don't have time to go for internships

Nothing but a harsh reality DU

What I Liked

Only thing is if you come just come for sale of Delhi university
Come if you just want to enjoy delhi life

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is very old not well maintained
Campus life is dull not a single person talks to eachother

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are very very less in Delhi University colleges you have to apply off campus and also who will give placement for Bsc degree as there are no research institutes in India and what we study is not needed in IT industry

Internships Opportunities:

No I have not opted for internship and there is internship group in which they provide links from external websites so it's not that they have placement cell you have to apply off campus whether iss placement pr internship

The honest and true review of college by a regular student of 3rd year which is gonna help students

What I Liked

The good things are that the college has good environment nd good teaching staff plus there is not very much strictness for attendance or anything else different societies heps to express our talent.
All the equipments and Machines required for the experiments are available to us and the use of modern technology like use of smart board maks everything easy to learn and understand.

What I didn’t like

The college infrastructure is not so good there is only a single building that only for one department the rooms heat up so high during summer so the college should work on it.
The college doesn't focuses on future of sports and other talents there are not inter college competitions and all the sports equipments are also not present plus the timings of 9 to 5 becomes so harsh and difficult for students

Placement Experience:

To be honest the placement facility is not very good in our college especially in science courses and my course our passed out seniors didn 't get any placement neither there is any hope for ours. Students of my year are planning to go for further studies and entrance exams

What I Liked

Societies- i like societies of this college because it provide more experience and reality check
Canteen- i love the canteen of andc because it provide tasty food

What I didn’t like

Localty- it is situated in a messy place

Placement Experience:

Placement cell of Acharya Narendra Dev College is average oy few students get job in it you really have to score good to get a decent job with an average package of 5-6 LPA which is enough for a graduated

Andc college, best for science

What I Liked

Faculty I like the most they are very supportive .
Infrastructure of my department is good.

What I didn’t like

Campus size is very small. So you can't explore the college
College life is not so good as this college focus mainly on study and gives less importance to extracurricular activities.

Placement Experience:

Andc after COVID do not provide placements but they will refer you to some companies that call you and you will get selected. As for electronics, you'll get referred to global foundries. And in these placements also only 1 or 2 students take part and others go for pg.

Internships Opportunities:

Andc does not have any internship facility if you want to do an internship then you have to find and company by yourself and on campus also you can't find any internship to do like in the library or any other branch.

ANDC vibes.

What I Liked

The best thing about college is that the professors are very humble with the students .
Another best thing is that they provide library facilities so that we don't need to buy a book .
They provide laptops to students who can't afford laptops.
They provide wifi facilities to students in the college campus.

What I didn’t like

Bad thing is that the strike driven by the non teaching staff.
Another bad thing is that they don't provide ac in the classrooms.

Placement Experience:

You can get placement opportunities if you have in-depth knowledge about your subjects. You can get job opportunities in web development, python programming, C++ programming, AI and ML, and Machine learning.

Internships Opportunities:

I didn't opt for any internship but colleges provide many internship opportunities like guiding new students who want to get enrolled in Delhi university this is a paid internship you will get 1000rs for 6 months.

What I Liked

Extra circulim activities like cricket and many other sports.
The college have many societies like Dhwani and SPIE

What I didn’t like

The street is literally very bad and conjugated.
Most of the lab have faulted Apparatus and machines

Placement Experience:

I don't think that students get jobs here because our college doesn't have placement cell. If you want to enjoy college life and really wants to Increment your knowledge about your course, you should definitely go for it

Internships Opportunities:

There is lot of Scholarship either you want to choose in form of Grade system or economically. The college have both. Most of the scholarship are for Economically weaker sections and once you apply for it then after than a committee conduct a interview for your verification and If you are really belonging, then they passed it
