Campus Life is great like NIT's, There are many events done every month. Kurukshetra for sports and Nabhangan for culture are the main events of the college. Many clubs are also present like GDSC, and drone club. Separate Hostels are available for Boys and Girls. A mess is available for each hostel, food quality is good but not much better.

The campus area is around 27acre site in which it has all types playgrounds, in which the playground is nearly 20acres in which it has running tracks, basketball and badminton courts. Similar to other colleges VPKBIET has also it's won fests, the spots event is named as "KURUKSHETRA" which consists of many sport competitions such as chess , badminton and many other. The cultural event called as "NABHANGAN" which consists of all types of cultural events such as drama , singing and dance competitions. These all events or fests are held in the month February. Apart from these all things the college has its own library, various computer labs. The recently inaugurated "Centre of Digital Manufacturing and Robotic Automation" which is for the MTech students.

The campus is good and filled with activities and there a lot of events and fests happening around the year and also events such as tradiontal day and gatherings and farewells and also fresher parties

The fest is conducted in April/May...There many many events that take place in between also. The books and Journals are available free in the library for the students for that specific time duration. Many sports activities take place like Basketball, volleyball, Badminton, Kabadi, Marathon, tennis, and Bike/Cycle Stunts.

The college has a fest during February such as nabhangan in which the Mr. and Mrs. Fresher is announced with the help of competition. nabhangan contains dance drama etc. One more event is Kurukshetra in which the sports competition is taken. for the library the availability of books is good. The rooms of the hostels are small but it's efficient to stay. the food of mess is good they does not offer nonveg
