CLAT PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit

• There is no age limit set by the authorities.
• Moreover, Universities will prefer those who are older in situations where candidates get the same scores and positions on the CLAT PG 2025 exam.

CLAT PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Nationality

• The CLAT Authority has announced that one who is an Indian, a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), a Person of Indian Origin (PIO), an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), and a Foreign National can apply for the CLAT 2025 Exam.
• However, foreign and Non-Resident Indian(NRI) candidates should fill their respective forms by using the NRI quota given by CLAT participating Universities to apply for the CLAT PG 2025 Exam.

CLAT PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Number of Attempts

• The number of CLAT PG 2025 tries is not capped by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs).
• In order to take the exam, candidates must meet the fundamental eligibility requirements.

CLAT PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification

• Aspirants have to finish their respective LLB degree (either a 5-year or 3-year LLB) from a reputed university that has been approved by the Bar Council of India(BCI) to be eligible for CLAT PG after graduating.
• Students who are in their last year of LLB graduation are still eligible to take the CLAT PG entrance exam, but they will need to submit documentation of their credentials in order to be admitted.

CLAT PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualifying Marks

• A minimum of 50% marks or its equivalent grade in the LLB graduation is necessary for General/ OBC/ PWD/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI category candidates to apply for CLAT PG 2025.
• Candidates from the SC and ST categories, on the other hand, must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam.

CLAT PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria: NRI Candidates 

• Candidates who want to be considered for admission under the NRI, NRI-supported, Foreign National Category quota must make sure they are eligible for CLAT PG 2025 and have completed all admission requirements.
• Candidates in the NRI/NRI sponsored category are admitted based on their merit scores, with the NRI Quota controlled by the relevant university.
• Seats for foreign candidates may be transformed into NRI/NRI Sponsored Seats if they become vacant.
• The list of qualified applicants for CLAT PG 2025 admission must be published by the CLAT administration.
