Eligibility Criteria For M.Tech

The following are the eligibility criteria for various M.Tech programs:-

  • M.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Bachelor's degree with 50% marks (45% for reserved category)
  • M.Tech Automotive Technology and M.Tech Robotics and Automation: Bachelor's degree with 50% marks (45% for reserved category)
  • M.Tech Engineering Design: Bachelor's degree with 50% marks (45% for reserved category) and 2 years of industry/research experience
  • M.Tech Geoinformatics & Surveying Technology: Engineering graduate in relevant field with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)
  • General Eligibility: Candidates appearing for final year exams can also apply, but admission is subject to obtaining minimum qualifying marks
