My perspective on AMITY UNIVERSITY, KOLKATA
Remarks :
I had other plans for my career I filled application forms for some other colleges before. I discussed with my parents about joining this university and one of our relative's son was a alumni of this university. He suggested me to get admission here and that the placement is good for us. So I applied for this course in Amity Kolkata and there was interview process online but luckily I didn't had to give interview as they already got all the details about my percentage while filling for the application and I got selected without the interview process but many of my friends here had to go through the interview process and they also asks for CUET marks if any of them appeared for it. So after I got e-mails from university for admission purpose they called me and helped with each details then I visited university with my parents and went through the admission process which didn't take much of our time. We can also do admission online.They take 20,000 in advance for admission deposit.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course BCA because I wanted to learn about codings and enter in IT sector as it's growing and has good scope all over the world. Here our faculty dept members are good but strict our dept is known for strictly rules by our faculties which we have to obey unlike the other depts. The teachers are highly qualified with PhD etc. some of the teachers aren't that good when it comes to teaching but the rest are of them are well they provide us with pdf's for study materials and also gives home assignments, for internals marks. Our mid term are of 40 marks and 10 marks are for assignments and lab works. They take viva, theory and practicals for mid term exams. Some teachers can be rude but there are good teachers who are friendly to students. Faculty is too strict in case of attendance of any students attendance is below 75 by the end of semester they don't allow those students to sit in end term exams. Eventually they get debarred. So it is necessary for all of us to maintain.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I'm m a student who is studying the course BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) the total fee of this course is 4 lakhs approx for 4 years. But students whose who score good percentage in 12th boards are given scholarship and it starts from 80% and it may vary in terms of your percentage. I scored 83% in my 12th boards and I got scholarship and I pay 25% less than our usual course fees. Many of the students might not know about this scholarship given by Amity University and also there are scholarships category for SC, ST, students.
Campus Life :
The infrastructure is beautiful, with a two story library, centralised Ac. And the best thing about Amity is its events. One after the another you'll find lots of events happening and it ends with the biggest one Amiphoria which is the college fest. Happens for 3 days. Many known celebs are invited during the fest. It also has many clubs which students can join like sports, events club, IT, dance , music etc. We can borrow books from Library and study there as each students has their own Library cards.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
Review of my collage
Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
