- The faculty here is very widely experienced.
- The campus is full of greenery which brings good vibes.

- The students here are too indulged in smoking.
- The social life is very bad due to low gender ratio
Remarks :
There was a written test based on which a merit list was prepared and accordingly counselling was also held. There was no interview or group discussion for the college admission. The written test comp4ised only maths, total of 30 questions.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum here is pretty vast and very less time to complete the syllabus. The topics are very well researched and the faculty is also pretty experienced and have new and different tmetyods of teaching
Internships Opportunities :
Right now I am in my first y3ar so I have not opted for any internship. After two years or so, once I am in my final year then I will opt for internship as it will give a good flavourful about the job scenario.
Placement Experience :
The placements here are very good for the masters students. They also provide internship opportunities in the final year. The average package is pretty good . Our course in particular is also designed to be placement oriented.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee stricture is roughly 1,02,500 per semester. Students of SC ST get full fee waiver , but for others it's pretty difficult. There is no scholarships available here . The course is overall very expensive.
Campus Life :
Campus is full of greenery which is very good as it bring good vibes to the college. Social life is not good because the gender ratio here is very bad and there are some negativ3 actions like smoking which is very prevalent .
Hostel Facilities :
No, for our course there is no hostel facilities because the hostels have been occupied by other course. Most of my friend slive outside collge as renters or paying guests which adds a lot to expense. Mess facilities hav3 to be paid extra if we wish to avail.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
