- Campus greenery is ver good there is an idol of goddess ma sarswati ji..which attracts the veiwers more and more... and the type of flowers is also attractive......
- Infrasture is also good ac roms and labs are there and there is a lot for the student also.......
Dislikes
- Faculty the faculty are veer rude and they don't understand the students.
- Pracitcal patiala are held in regular basis which affects the health of the student..
Remarks :
Factors such as placements affects the college .here the placement offers is quite good and the college environment is also very good..The addmision is taken through WBJEE entrace exam and the rank required for getting admission in each college varies

The course curriculum is outdated and the course offered is very old according to the syllus the praticals are very much and the teacgers are also very rude and facilites is not so goodThe faculties are nit soo good there is also a language barrier

No i am not opted for any Internship as im in first year now but the intership programmes are very much in this college various seniors are gotten intership due college...Here various companies are offered placement

Placement and job opportunist here is of good quality..The placemnt of the college is very good various Sydenham are placed every year but the campus life is not so good..Internships programmes are also here...
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the four year program fees is approach 7 lakh and per semester fess is varjed fromm 85000 to 95000 and there is schlorship programme for the local students whose state of residence is Kolkata. .Fess js very low for TWF students for west bengal students
Campus Life :
The campus life at nsec its also good there are many fest organised per year or per month but the campus size is not so well being . The class are also very much in the college. The sports facilitates is also very good
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel but the rooms are available as mess our POS and the rent for of is approximately 7000 and the rent for mess is somehow 2500-5000 for single room the cost is high as it's a personal room. Triple sharing and double sharing rooms are available at low price

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
