- Location is quite good in kolkata . Companies visit our campus a lot
- Faculties are good . Management is also supportive. Our senior organize various activities time to time.
Dislikes
- It don't have on campus hostel but yes it have tiedup with other pgs which is far from campus
- Campus Life is not as expected groud is not large college canteen is not good.
Remarks :
As i have secured around 14000 rank in wbjee . So from wbjee councelling i have got Techno Main Salt Lake. No there is no issue at the time of admission. But yes due to availability of good location i choose it .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our department i.e cyber security comes under IT department. Faculties are quite good. And the management is quite supportive. Teachers are helpfull. Labs are well organized. They have their individual website for different lab subjects.
Internships Opportunities :
Since i am in 1st year so i Don't know more about internship but from senior yes they get internship. Yes companies like Wipro,TCS,Infosys, Cognizant,Delloite,provide internship opportunities students.
Placement Experience :
Yes our college provide internship and placement opportunities. It provide descent placement highest package around 27 lpa on campus. And average of about 6 lpa. College . Companies like Wipso, TCS, Infosys, Delloite,etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
At the time of admission we have to pay 85000 rs which includes the 1st semester fee. In 2nd semester we have to pay 76000rs.For 3rd and 4th semester we have to pay 73000rs for 5th and 6th we have to pay 74000 for 7th and 8th we have to pay 75000. On previous year it was around 540000 rs but this year it increased to 605000 rs .
Campus Life :
There are 2 grounds one near to other which is not too large but playable. Campus is quite small . There are 9 floors in our main building where students study. Social life is good as college clubs organize events .
Hostel Facilities :
No TMSL donot provide hostel facilities. But yes there is availability of PG and rented room available nearby. In college administrative office we can apply for hostel and hostel mess. College have also facilities of lift.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
