Remarks :
Good Placement I have heard, and near to airport, so good accessiblity . But now placement is worst, with worst campus, and no support for internship or no kind of activities or anything. So this was all about.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty is good and interactive class sessions are held which is good for the students, they can ask doubts and clear them, classrooms are good. Tables are good, exams held are very frequent throughout the whole year, like every semester you have four internals and external and labs
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any kind of internship, if someone wants to have it, no facility is provided by the college, you have to crack it from own off campus, still they won't easily provide any NOC and all
Placement Experience :
You need to have 6.5 sgpa maintened overall to be eligible for placements also 10-12 marks should be above 60% for companies to allow you sit. Placements are pretty average, but it's going worse year by year
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per semester fees was 45000 at the first year, now every year it increases by 1000. So overall it's nearly 4 lakh for me. But now it has increased upto nearly 7 lakh, which I believe is too much for the package they get
Campus Life :
Campus Life is worst, no ground, no hostel, no large hanging area, no cafeteria or such, worst campus, no infrastructure nothing. Only teachers have ac in their rooms, students die of heat , only charge fees.
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel I had. But I have heard from students and my friends that there is no hostel facility provided by college, students take rent, flat, pg, etc for they stay at near house by location to the college

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
