- The college has uniform and that creates no discrimination among the students.

- The college campus is too small , like very very small.
- The college does not have a good canteen staff, it's very unhygienic.
Remarks :
It's nearest to me, admission done via wbjee results cutt off for my course was 1 lakh rank for my course. Management quota admissions are done. I gave the wbjee exam and got the seat. The cutt off is 3000-1 lakh rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course i choosed has a good scope in future and is very futuristic. It's the upcoming future. The quality of the teaching is the best tbh and the teacher are all doing PhD or doctorates from IIT or jadavpur university. The term exams are moderate and were given 3hrs but one can solve it in 1.5hrs only.
Internships Opportunities :
Voltas, Google and Amazon did offer few internships in our clg and it includes stipend of 5000 per month which is kinda okayish. Roles offered were junior assistant and junior coder and tester usually.
Placement Experience :
The minimum cgpa required are 7.5-8 cgpa. Few recent recruiters include voltas, amazon, Flipkart. The highest package was 1cr in 2021 and last year highest was 25 lakhs. Avg package is 5 lakhs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees is 128000 , tution fees is 56000 and development fees is 7000 per sem that sums up to 63000 per sem fees. Tfw category students pay 8000 fees per sem. The scholarships available are Swami Vivekanand scholarship and other gov scholarships programs.
Campus Life :
The campus is not that big and fests are done on yearly basis like navrang, srey, tech fest, safarnama. The books are available very easily we need not buy any books , we get it all from the library and we have a digital library too. Sports include cricket tennis football badminton for both the genders. Girls are usually encouraged for taking part in sports. Social grps include anti ragging society and photography society and dance club and etc.
Hostel Facilities :
locality is khiderpore and rented rooms are easily available the clg faculty helps u in finding a pg. Mess food is only edible not too tasty. Hostel is okayish and good , u need to apply for hostels via clg faculty and administration.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
