Remarks :
The college had a good placement percentage and a good campus with well equipped and maintained labs with all the facilities. The admission criteria is scoring minimum 75% in boards and qualifying their entrance test.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well up-to-date and is quite relevant and focuses on industry-ready students. Teachers are well qualified here and guide students whenever they need. Faculty members are friendly and helpful.
Placement Experience :
The overall salary package offered is around 6LPA - 25 LPA. THe lowest salary is around 2LPA - 3LPA and highest is around 55LPA. Companies like WIpro, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Deloitte,etc. visits this campus.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fee structure for B.Tech CSE is 747000 for four years and per semester fees is 90000. The registration fees is 27000 which has to be paid at the time of the admission along with 1st sem fees. You can get scholarships according to your jee rank (100% of the 1st sem fee for one who scored jee rank upto 50000) and wbjee rank(80% of the 1st sem fee for scoring wbjee rank upto 900). They also have their own entrance exam in which they offer 50% scholarships for scoring more than 85% in their entrance test.
Campus Life :
The college provide many facilities like wi-fi, fully air-conditioned classrooms, library with digital library, and a beautiful green campus. There are many different clubs in this college like CY-CODERS CLUB, JHANKAR CLUB, LITWIZ CLUB, etc. which are active.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is quite good and well maintained. It has many restrictions like you cant go out of the campus without gate pass which requires your mentor permission and guardian permission. The canteen is provides average food.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
