For admission into law here there is an entrance test named XLAT Xavier Law Admission Test. You need to qualify to get here. There is no GD. No PI. The exam taken is very easy if someone have prepared for the CLAT then XLAT would be a very easy one.
The academic and curriculum structure is more or less similar to other law schools and NLUs The faculties here are well qualified and most of them have a PhD done from different NLUs. Most are friendly but not all.
No i haven't opted for any internship through college but did and found it myself only the college provided me with letter of recommendation. college says it will be helping as the last resort but i have not taken as of now ok.
For law dept. the students mostly, themselves find internships. the college does very little help, but they give letter of recommendation which works well, I think. for placements only two batches have passed as of now the school is still nascent one and the highest package was not that good, and everyone also don't get placed in law as of now.
Xavier Law School is a part of St. Xavier's University where the fee structure is for the whole course is around 8 lakhs. and to be specific there is a hike of semester fee sixth semester onwards. The fees for the last batch which enrolled have changed and have been increased. it is better to look into the official university website to get to know about the current updated fee of the batch. There are a additionally multiple opportunities for scholarship based of financial and educational backgrounds.
you won't get a much good campus life. but there are various clubs existing and they conduct various programme throughout the year. but the main problem here is if you attend any even from clubs of other department then the law department won't give you attendance....and attendance criteria is very followed.
The hostel has three types of room 1. double haring with common washroom 2. double sharing with attached washroom 3. triple sharing with attached washroom. the fees change over time but is overall atmosphere good.

Placement is I do not say that is very good but I would say that treatment is almost okay and that's up to you and lot of MNC companies came in our College group. There are internship opportunities industrial training like Euphoria ardent like this MNC and ideas
In this college we have five departments, civil, computer science, mechanical, electrical and mechanical respectively and the stops are very good and the faculties are highly qualified and they are about almost everyone is iitiab
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies
Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.
Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
