Remarks :
did not faced any group discussion neither did I faced any interview only a exam which is MCQ based was taken known as Xavier law admission test. the test was very easy one and anybody can crack it if have prepared for clat slat and other top law entrance exam. not sure if they may change the level of the exam in coming attempts.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I think the course curriculum is good and the academic system here is mostly focused on traditional method as of now but they are relying on student's feedback to change. the faculties are fine and have mostly have PHD from NLUs especially.
Internships Opportunities :
I opted for internship not through college but myself. I did it myself mailed them and got selected in few places. college tells that it will help in getting placement as the last resort. don't know how much they help because students mostly find internships themselves.
Placement Experience :
Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
for our batch which is of 2023 to 28 the total course fee is around 800000. but for the latest batch which have entered the fees hike have been done. as the course is a 5-year integrated one hence here after sixth semester i.e. from 4th year onwards the fees will have hike with around 10 thousand. please check university website for the next batch fee.
Campus Life :
The campus life is not great but fine. events are mainly organized by different clubs or societies which are again departmental based. attendance being the major setbacks dure to which students hesitate to participate in other departments events.
Hostel Facilities :
the hostel is within the campus and is surround by basketball, volleyball plus badminton court. the food quality is good and the menu changes as per the student of board of hostel. presently the fee is 75k per semester.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
