• To be eligible, candidates should have a pass in the B.Sc. examination with Geology as the main subject.

Annamalai University M.Sc in Geology Course Details

The M.Sc. in Geology is a postgraduate program that provides advanced studies in the Earth sciences, covering topics such as mineralogy, petrology, and geological mapping. Students engage in in-depth studies, exploring the structure and composition of the Earth, and contribute to the academic field through original research presented in a master's thesis.

Reservation of Seats: Seats for candidates belonging to ST / SCA / SC / MBC / DNC / BC / BC (Muslim) / OC communities will be reserved according to the rules and regulations of the Government of Tamil Nadu. Additionally, 5% of seats are allocated for differently-abled persons by the government norms.
