For admission the eligibility is to crack a national-level exam called NEET after that according to your rank u are eligible take admission to this college. After completion, the government job of junior residents is offered.

There are no such placements take place. After completing your degree you have to complete the bond given by government to serve rural areas with your knowledge for 2 years which provide you experience and salary as well.
