Social life is really cool , you get to meet new people everyday as the courses schedules differ from other batches so it's really new everyday and the hostels are more cool to chill, The students are really friendly and the seniors are always available to help you out .

Cultural Fest and sports week are clubbed together under the event of Varsity Week which is a big sensation and adrenaline filled spirit of the youngsters. University participates in district + national level competitions and promising students brings home victory in every field be it sports, theater, literary club, cultural, or academics. Elections and student union is a big part of the University, therefore Cotton College is best for Political Science students too.

Life at campus is friendly and relaxing. People are friendly and approachable. Cotton university has a rich legacy in cultural activities also offering other activities such as sports with varieties of games , GYM facilities, grounds etc. Library has huge sources of books prescribed in the syllabus which can be easily accessed with name and roll number. Every year there is varsity week consisting of sports and cultural activities during January month . The elections are quite fun to watch . There are different types of clubs running by elected members such as debate, editor, sports , common room etc .

So in every year January our varsity week is been held. Many books are available in the library. Class rooms have green boards and needed number of fans.there is an indoor stadium and the taekwondo club and gymnasium club looks after it

We don't have any close campus, our campus is spread in different places. We have library facilities and culturally we are one of the best institutions of Assam. But the outdoor sports facilities are the worst thing about Cotton University.

There were many cultural fest held in this University like freshers program, music fest, versity week etc. here the indoor sports facilities are available but there is no any stadium we have to play outdoor games. And the campus is not too big.

There are many events organized in the campus. One of them is cotton fest and another is abege which is held in the month of February. It organises a general freshers for the new commers every year in the month of August or September and cultural night during the varsity week is another main event of the university which is a social attraction for many and people from different backgrounds showcase their talents. The university has differents cultural, literary etc groups and societies.

There is a veriety of clubs on can join on, from coding to film you name it our university has it.. There are dedicated and unique leaders of each and every individual club, if one is wanting to hone his/her skills or meet like minded people then one need not worry as we have the club you want.. The Library of ours is varied with each and every book one needs for his or her studies, we also have various magazines newspapers, etc.. Sports are an integral part of our college though we don't have a very big ground or an area to play on, but the one we have is very well maintained and is enough for people to enjoy.. Along with that we have got an Indoor stadium where people can play badminton, table tennis, carrom board. We also have a gym above it though there aren't lots of equipments but we have the necessary ones ..

life at campus are good. last week there a varsity week which was held for a week in which different sports and event were conducted along with cultural activity. there is a separate building for library in which many book can be found with journals and also many of the department own their own library and laboratory.
