All About IIIT Naya Raipur

What I Liked

Infrastructure is well maintained with more coming in campus.
Faculties are also supportive towards projects and thesis.

What I didn’t like

since the college is in outskirts of raipur the connectivity is bit low with the city

Campus Life:

Now the campus is 55 acres and expanding, 4 hostels are there, and many clubs are there to entertain and grow students socially, talking about the infrastructure almost 19 different labs are there, and different sports grounds and courts are on the campus.

My College Review

What I Liked

We have good hostel facilities, we got single rooms right from first year.

What I didn’t like

Our campus was small, spanning just 50 acres.

Campus Life:

Our college fest "Technovate" will be held for three days. We have a library that is open from 10 AM to 8:30 PM, as well as e-library. We have badminton ,table tennis , Football and Volleyball courts. Everyone should stay in hostels, no day scholars were allowed.

What I Liked

Hostel room, Wifi facility and Campus is very well maintained
There is not much restrictions in the hostel. So your pretty free to do anything

What I didn’t like

Faculty is very bad. They don't got enough teachers to handle the subjects and classes
Some teachers hold grudges against a student or a group of students from a certain region of the country. Some teachers also show more interest in the student group of certain region of the country.

Hostel Facilities:

Staying in hostel is necessary for all the students. The mess food is below average. The mess committee really tries it's best to update the menu and the quality of the food but the mess provider is very bad and the administration also does nothing to help the students.

Campus Life:

Campus life is great. The hostels and campus are pretty clean. The facilities are also very good. You have a pretty good walkable campus and the good thing I find is you can reach any corner of the campus within 10 mins.

Review of IIIT Naya Raipur for Btech in ECE for 2015 -2021

What I Liked

Infrastructure , Campus life and good sports facilities.
Good locality. Good public vehicle service. Good bakery shop.

What I didn’t like

Teaching, Food , outdated syllabus, not useful assignment
No environment for spiritually inclined people.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel is compulsory. Hostel is very good infrastructure. Food quality - very bad. Menu is good. Registration is included during admission time. Locality is empty. We have nearby village with every Tuesday bazaar. We have one market in locality with good food , good items to buy. Have one dhaba also. Bus comes in front of college gate every now and then to travel.

Campus Life:

Campus Life is good. Social life is average. Clubs are there like sports , dance and music. Infrastructure is best. Fest name - Technovate Conducted mostly during February - March. Sports - Basketball, football,gym , carrom and cricket. Even e-sports. Extra curricular - Ganesh chaturthi Pooja and Saraswati Pooja. Amenities in classroom - Projector, good ACs. Library - Good engineering books , UPSC books , Spiritual books,etc

Personal Review About IIIT Naya Raipur .

What I Liked

College infrastructure is good I personally like the Hostels Most they look like hotels becoz they are made recently .
Campus Life is Good time to time there are many events that happen throughout the year

What I didn’t like

The things I dislike about the college is faculty Some of them really don't know how to teach The Professors , some of them really dont know how to teach
Internal Politics , There is nepotism at the time of Elections for SAC (Student Activity Center )

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel mess food is good, U will get a variety of food like south Indian, north Indian , fast food, veg, non-veg everything Hostels are Very Affordable. College doesn't allow for a rented or PG without a valid reason In fact, u will not find any PG in a 20 km radius.

Campus Life:

Campus Life is Above average. You guys will enjoy here, Annual Fest is there called Technovate. For getting a glimpse u can search on YouTube about Technovate of IIIT Naya Raipur. In Libraries, Almost all kinds of books i found academic, non - academic and if you want any book regarding academics u can get it by looking in the Library. Sports are also good there is a sports fest called AARAMBH, which happens every year. There are many clubs like Igniters (Dance ), Drama, TSOC (Coding ), Money Matters (FinTech), E-Cell (entrepreneurship) and Many more plus if u have a new idea about opening a new club it will also taken into consideration.

A GFTI that is better than new NITs and IIITs

What I Liked

College Infrastructure, Campus Life, Lenient Faculty, etc.

What I didn’t like

Attendance criteria, Placement and Internship opportunities, etc.

Campus Life:

Non-curricular activities and other events are regularly conducted and managed by SAC (Student Activity Centre). Technical events are also conducted on a regular basis. AARAMBH is the annual sports fest which covers a range of outdoor and indoor sports.
