MBBS Graduate Career Outcomes

VMMC admits 100 MBBS students per year. After the MBBS program, students complete a compulsory rotating internship of 1 year at Safdarjung Hospital, where they work across hospital departments. A large share of MBBS graduates then sit for NEET-PG and aim for MD or MS seats at institutions such as AIIMS Delhi, PGI Chandigarh, and other central government hospitals.

Some MBBS graduates start government medical service after internship through state and central UPSC examinations.
