Colampus life is one of the best things in our college. The campus is about 120 acers of land in the heart of the Mysore city. The campus having all the facilities like playground,gym, arena, library, hostels and all the basic requirements for the students.

Life at campus is good, the people here, everyone strive to grow and that just pushes you to grow too. The faculty are very friendly. Amenities like the Library, cricket stadium, hockey stadium, football stadium canteen, and big classrooms are all present.

Jayciana is our colleges fest which is the largest fest held in mysuru Library facilities are good And there are many student clubs a where you can join Hostel costs 85 k for 1 year and food tastes are average

Hostel is decent food is as same as in other hostel hostel mess is good with capacity of 100+ .U can take admission through talking with college peoples . Hostel is affordable around cost of 80k a year

College has the annual fest named JAYCIANA which is held for about 3 days and The college has Big Library consisting of all the books for the course and other competitive examinations and Sport culture is good with the almost all sports being played here ,and The college has many clubs such as DSC Linux Campus Club Gravity Velocity around 16+ clubs covering almost all the extra curicular activities

There's only one fest that SJCE is famous for and it's JCiana which is supposed to go on once two years if someone invests, other than that there are no events or fests which brings the whole college together, there are clubs and club activities throughout the year, talking about the campus, it is huge and is green all around, it is well maintained and least polluted, college has given students access to campus cycles, digital library, reference section, and the books available in library are topic related, classrooms provided with a display screen and projector for more interactive sessions, there's a seperate section for NCC also, we have football teams, cricket, basketball teams as well, as for the clubs, it's mostly run by students only, we have dance clubs and clubs for aerospace topics, which is funded by the college for international trips

Jayciana is the annual fest of the college. It attracts students from all over India. It is generally conducted in the month of April. Library is functional during day time. Books related to course are present. Classes are equipped with black boards and some do have projectors also . There are many sports facilities like cricket ground , football ground, chess , TT ,Tennis GYMs and many more. There are various clubs both technical and cultural. The college also conducts annual interbranch and intercollege sports fests.

Campus life is decent here, we have sports facilities like football, hockey, cricket, table tennis, tennis, badminton and also we have a gym as well as a lush green campus of 100 acres. Also as the college is in Mysore there are many good places to visit with friends. There are 14 Clubs in clubs in the college Linux Campus Club, Computer Society of India, GDSC, IEEE, Balaga, AeroJC, Naada, Velocity, Gravity, etc. Infrastructure is average here as we don't have a proper auditorium and also some of the required things like the night canteen(although we have a good canteen but it closes by 10 pm).

There is a fest called “Jayciana” which is celebrated in SJCE, jayciana is the biggest college fest in Mysuru and it is also called mini Dussehra, as Mysuru is famous for its culture and the festival Dussehra. we will be having our pre-fest activities a month before the fest it's like a festival in SJCE this will be in the months of March and April. students(organizers) will be assigned to the competitions and activities and many from all over Mysuru come to participate. at the end of the month last three days will be the main event, international artists will perform in the last 3 days, sports are given less importance in SJCE, a sports meet will be held compilations between different branches, and more than 15 group events will be assigned to participate. social groups and clubs play a large role in SJCE, so I was in the music club as I am a vocalist and the adventure (trekking) club of SJCE, there are more than 15 clubs including technical and nontechnical clubs in SJCE.

One of the best fests in south India is Guyana, and it is conducted in the middle of every even sem. Library management is excellent. There are books for every course and further courses. Every year there will be an interbranch sports competition. There are many clubs for students in the college. There is a separate hostels for both girls and boys on campus
