Remarks :
I choose this college because of affordability. I belong from a middle class family. I have not face any group discussion, interview or written test for admission. I have taken direct admission. I have given competative exam i.e., jee mains without taking drop but the cutoff is not sufficient to take admission through cutoff marks. So I have taken direct admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course because it's my dream to become a software engineer. The faculty members are very cooperative and helpful. They provide us each and every possible information. They are very polite towards students. They qualified more.
Internships Opportunities :
As I am a 2 year student I have not opted any internship yet. But they provide 3rd year students every information and they help to learn the way that how to face interview and intership opportunities.
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunities are available. The companies like TATA, Infosys, Amazon, and many more were visited in our college and ex-student got job opportunities there as well. I clearly don't know the criteria for placement but the students should not have backlog in any paper and student should have 8 cgpa per semester that's all I know about criteria. 70%-80% chance of students getting placement. The highest package is 20 lakh p.a. and the average package is 7 lakh p.a.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fee structure is 1.2 lakh lumpsum and yes scholarship is also available for West Bengal students and for outsider. The fee for complete course is 434950. It remains same every year. At time of admission they will add admission fee, exam fee, uniform fee, etc and total amount is 75790 will have to pay.
Campus Life :
The fest is cultural tech fest in the month of May. Many informative and knowledgeable Books and journals are available in the college's library. our college provide many sports activities and organized sports competition in the campus. Sports like badminton, football, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, kabaddi, etc available in the campus
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality and menu is good. Registration process for hostel is quite easy just you have to call at hostel department of our college they do register easily within 10 minutes. It is quite affordable for middle class people also.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
