- some of the staff in college is very helpful.

- i do not like the faculties in the college and their behavior.
- i also do not like the events organized in college.
Remarks :
yes i have given test which is wbjee to get rank and got admission in this college. although more colleges were available on thar rank but i found this suitable for me and i choose this as i have low budget.
Course Curriculum Overview :
overall course curriculum is good but faculties are not good.faculties are very strict towards students and does not provide any support in difficult situations although also some professors are helpful.
Internships Opportunities :
i have not get any good internship in college till now but still trying to get some and in college no companies come to provide internship offers , if anyone wants to get then only way to work hard and apply off campus.
Placement Experience :
placements and job opportunities are decent as recession is going still this college is able to get companies and some great placement offers but to get placed in this college students have to push their efforts.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
fee of all the courses are same for B.tech. and semester fee is around 65000 to 66000, and there will be some extra charges like enrollment fess , registration fees , exam fess and extra 5000 during the time of admission.
Campus Life :
in this college there is nothing like campus life as the campus size is only 3 acres.even no any good gym and swimming pool facilities are available ,ground is available but ground size is too small to play.
Hostel Facilities :
i have not opted for hostel as i have heard that hostel facilities are not so good and the quality of food is also not appropriate , i have taken room on rent near college campus which costs 3000 to me for rent.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
