- There are many things that i like about the college. some are - the infrastructure is very good the faculties are also veryy good.
Dislikes
- There are ac's in almost every room but sometimes we have class in some classrooms where there is no ac and it is a problem .
- There are some faculties who have the problem of ego but i dont know about others so i dont think so that they will act same with everyone.
Remarks :
The factor that made me choose this college are - its value for money its nearer to my home the good aspects are - it gives a lot of facilities it has cctv's placed in every corner of the college and there are several guards in the gates the bad aspects are - the neighborhood is a little busy so there are sounds of bikes and cars since it is near the main road so while going out there are jams of toto and auto. The admission process is very easy. It has an admission exams for those under 80% in last qualifying exam which is not that hard and the questions are basically based on the last exam's topics.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because i have always wanted to studdy in this course since i was in 10 and moreover it gives a lot of opportunities in every field like mechanical and technical line. qualifications of the faculties are also well. The teaching method is also very nice as the teachers/faculties go through the smallest points to help students understand each and every thing. There are 3 exams at total - Class Test 1, Class Test 2 and the Semester-End exam. The difficulty level was of normal and its very easy to score in it.
Internships Opportunities :
Actually I haven't opted for any internship cause I'm not yet eligible for it. But I will apply for it anytime when I'm eligible for it and knowing the college i might get a well company for my internship.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria is the students must be of 7 semester and should have a cgpa of min 9 to apply for it. A few recruiters are - Adobe, Microsoft, Hoichoi, Amazon, etc The highest package was 36LPA And the average package is 5-6LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is 98%. I plan to go for placements and then complete my M.Tech in CSE.

Campus Life :
There are a lots of books available in the library for every course and other books too. Also there are many sports played in the campus like football, cricket, volleyball, carrom, chess, etc and they have competition for this also.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I haven't opted for a hostel or a room or a PG, but there are my friends who opted for these and by knowing their experience the food quality is good and there are a lots of food in the menu. Registration of the hostel is also very easy like the admission process and they give the hotel students a id card which is used to enter the campus and hostel and go out. The locality for room or PG is also good as there are no illtempered people nearby it.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
