- Classes are well equipped with AC and high speed wifi
- The faculty are quite knowledgeable and very helpful
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college is spread in just 2-3 acres which is too small
- There are not enough sports facilities provided by college
Remarks :
I got this college and course through my Wbjee rank . And if you have to take admission in this college you have to secure a good Wbjee rank then there will be counselling rounds held in which you have to report and take admission . The good aspect of college is it provides good placement and the bad aspect is that the campus is too small
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because Artificial intelligence has a great future scope . The faculty teaching here are highly qualified and very helpful and the teaching method is also good like they use projectors to reach more effectively. Exams are held on a monthly basis and the exams are moderately easy
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any intership as I am in 2nd year of college however the companies like TCS provide intership in the role of "Training Associate System Engineer" with stipend of 18000 per month
Placement Experience :
The placements of the college is good . To be eligible for placement you must not have any active backlogs . Companies like TCS , Wipro, Accenture, IBM visit the college and enough offers are made . The highest package was of 62 lpa which was given by a company named "Dynamo AI" and the average package was 5.4 lpa . Nearly 80 percent of students got placed from my college. After getting the degree I will work in the IT industry
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure of my college is in first semester we have to pay 98500 , in second semester 93500 and in rest of the semesters we pay 83000 . Except exam fees that is 1000 per semester no other fees is asked . If you come from TWF quota the fees will be 12500 per semester. There is a scholarship named Swami Vivekanand scholarship that is provided to the domicile students of Bengal if you fulfill certain academic criteria and the amount is 60000 per year
Campus Life :
There are not much fest conducted in our college however an annual fest named "Mesmerizer" is conducted in the month of April . The library is well equipped with all sort of books and the classroom is equipped with ACs and high speed wifi . There are sports facilities available in our college but it is not so good . The social groups or clubs that are operated by students of the college are Phoneix , Noobuild etc
Hostel Facilities :
There are no hostels available in our college however enough PGs and mess are available in the surrounding locality in which all the students stay . Flats are also available. The PGs contains decent food

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
