Remarks :
University has its entrance exam called as (the AUAT) Aliah University admissions test and the highest cutting off 630 rank if you secure under 80 rank you have a chance into the computer science branch. Exam no more difficult you can easily secure good rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because of my interest in technology. Faculty are very respectable and friendly Exams are conducted on time and the difficulty level of the exam is high if you present in regular class then feel good in the exam.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I have not opted for the internship till now but I looking for an internship with a stipend of 15k to 20k approx. I have not worked on any project till now so I have no experience with it.
Placement Experience :
A minimum of 7 CGPA is compulsory for the campus placement drive. Some recruiters visit regularly like TCS WIPRO CAPGEMINI TECH MAHINDRA AMAZON INDIA etc Approx. 30 to 40 per cent of students are placed with an average package of 4.5 LPA to the highest package 10LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The per semester fee of the university is about 6000 including tuition fee, exam fees, registration fees, development fees, lab fees, infrastructure fees, and other charges And you can avail of government scholarships like NSP etc.
Campus Life :
The campus is not too large but ok. You can enjoy Campus life. Fests are conducted yearly you enjoy it University has its football ground If interested in football you can join. Per year tournaments are held.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted hostel but I say the food quality of the mess is OK. If you are fresher then no chance of getting a hostel in the first year But the hostel is affordable. I have rented a room but the room rent is too high in the local area near the college.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
