\r\n MIT-WPU Pune Scholarship Guidelines\r\n\r\nGiven below are the MIT-WPU Scholarship guidelines for 2026:\r\n\r\n \r\n\t- Scholarships are awarded to eligible students on a first-come, first-served basis.\r\n\t
- The number of scholarships awarded depends on actual admissions and will not exceed the approved percentage of seats for that program.\r\n\t
- Scholarship is not awarded in cash but is adjusted in the fees.\r\n\t
- If the number of eligible candidates exceeds the limit for one scholarship category, the extra candidates will be moved to the next scholarship slab.\r\n\t
- No two scholarships will be given concurrently except the scholarship for the MAEER\/ MIT-WPU Employee concession and the Alumni concession. In such cases, the total amount of the scholarship\/concession should not exceed 75% of the total academic fees.\r\n\t
- Academic Performance (Domestic): To continue the scholarship for the total duration of the Programme, the student should maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0 and above every year with no live backlogs in any subject\/programme and no semester break.\r\n\t
- Academic Performance (OCI\/CIWGC\/CIWSEA\/FN): To continue the scholarship for the total duration of the Programme, the student should maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.0 and above throughout all semesters of every year.\r\n\t
- Attendance: Students must maintain at least 80% attendance each semester, including allowances for illness, sports, or other reasons. For international students, the minimum requirement is 75%.\r\n\t
- Discipline: Students must follow the university’s Code of Conduct and maintain good behaviour and discipline. Any violation will result in a written warning and immediate cancellation of the scholarship for the current and future years.\r\n\t
- If a student’s admission is cancelled, the scholarship becomes void, and the student must repay the total fee waiver received up to that point.\r\n\t
