What I Liked

Campus is very big and beautiful the greenery is very huge . If you want to visit campus in a day it's not possible by your legs only you have to take a rickshaw or car to visit full campus in a day.
The student of college are also couple friendly you can find many couples at 6:00 a.m. so there is University has its own Gandhi hall and Gandhi park that is tourism for couple.

What I didn’t like

The hostels are very old that you have to face some electricity issue and some infrastructure issue like what ratio and many other.
If you have habit of eating healthy food then it's not your University.

Placement Experience:

It's have own NAHEP project that provides internship to students who are interested in entrepreneurships and academic benefits. The annual package of Bsc agriculture student is 8 to 10 lakh per annum by the way it can be depends on your academic and your extra curricular activities if you are engaged in many activities so you can get an extra opportunity to get extra placement benefits.

What I Liked

you will get to meet people from different field
greenery of the campus is pretty satisfying

What I didn’t like

campus life is not good. There is no outing for students.
college is very strict for girls and also very conserved for girls.

Placement Experience:

if you are in the hope for on campus placement here you are in the wrong direction. every year 10 to 15 students get placed on average package of 4 to 5 lakh per annum and companies like TCS, Accenture hired them on contract. many student prepare for their GATE exams here. highest package placed is 8 lakh and average package of 4 lakh.

Internships Opportunities:

there is nothing like internship here you will have to do everything by your own also there is no tech club that will teach you about the soft skills the college is based on totally old method of teaching.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent. A number of companies from the country hire the final year students. There are private ventures as well as PSUs providing a varied experience for the students. Moreover the college helps in personality development of the student making it easier for them to clear the interview.

The internship opportunities are decent enough. The students get a number of opportunities in internships in all kind of fields. This helps in an overall development of a student. The internships are paid as well as unpaid.

Review based on my real life college experience

What I Liked

I like the faculties most because they are very supportive
And I like the campus life and event culture

What I didn’t like

College infrastructure is not that much good
Hostel infrastructure is decent to live only

Placement Experience:

Placement is not the only and good option for this college student they may go for outside campus placements and any other competition exams like GATE and CAT .college placements are not enough to reliable on them.

Internships Opportunities:

Not internship but in the year end of 1 at year there is a practical training for 15 days and in the end of second year there is one more practical training for 15 days both the trainings are compulsory.

my college’s real truth

What I Liked

like it’s a good college for pursuing your dreams and college is quite good the classes are good faculty is good if you are serious to your studies and don’t wanna have fun in college because there is not to do in the campus no other activities but there are so many fests those are quite interesting
in campus there are no good market or so there is a small market which is named badi market what a irony it is as for the sports there is a huge stadium and a small gym so a sporty person can have fun there

What I didn’t like

nothing to do in the campus no clubs no malls just a village area for likes of me this is not a ideal college for sure
college don’t even look like a college seems like a old age home in which the rooms are classes just a 2 story building

Placement Experience:

placement huhh last year i think 1 or 2 student got placed from CSE among 60-70 idk if they were even placed or not and the companies are not even coming for the placement students searching off campus placements

Internships Opportunities:

i haven’t but I am a freelance Model working on my portfolio and right now i am with a agency which is in delhi named Karma Production and it i going well i earn some amount of money by doing some shoots and ramp walks

All about pantnagar university

What I Liked

Campus is quite huge and free gym library parks everything is available
Academics are taken very seriously there is criteria of 85% attendance

What I didn’t like

Hostels are not so up to mark They are very old
No big concerts and you can't go out of the campus without gate passes which are provided by the wardens with the long process

Placement Experience:

Placements are mostly available for bsc ag students For community science students placements are there after masters Few students get it after bachelors also For doing masters in pantnagar students who have done bsc from there only are preferred

Internships Opportunities:

As I am first year students till now I haven't applied for any internships But our seniors told us they took many internships in first year only They got around 5000 rs in there first intership in first year

Aspects of Pantnagar

What I Liked

College infrastructure and campus is really nice, it's so peaceful with greenery all around that it calms the heart and soothes the soul.
Hostel life is good, with events happening every now and then it's vibrant and lively which fills us with enthusiasm

What I didn’t like

Few faculty aren't as cooperative with the students and which sometimes leads to difficulties in dealing with the course.
Hostels are kind of old fashioned but not in a bad conditions so it's manageable whatsoever.

Placement Experience:

7.5 cgpa is required to be eligible to sit in on campus placement interviews. The average package offered ranges somewhere between ?25, 000 to ?35, 000 and people mostly get recruited in banks to give out agricultural loans. My plans would be probably going for masters or mba.

My personal experience in my college

What I Liked

I really like the campus infrastructure and the space and the environment which is provided and the nature touch we are exposed to and the very very beautiful cartoons, flowers and aesthetic which is maintained and very very big space for the student not crowded area you will get and everything is Available in the campus itself. There is market there is hospital. There are medical stores. There are shopping stores, Tea stationery stores their general stores
There are two canteen is here and which are not much hygienic, but you can go and go and take some food there eat some food there but not regular time because hygienic is not well. Maintain and you are having you provided with a huge Gandhi Park, which is a very good place for resting, even in your even in your hectic schedule and the best part of my college is, we are provided with a meditation Centre room in which we can rest and relax ourselves by the class interval order

What I didn’t like

The campus need to be modernisation and with more security and and with more hygienic improvements in the hostel and improvements in the labs itself because they’re very less instrument for us to use in the lab and the most important thing that the syllabus in the timetable for the exam that you get is only just two days or three days before the exam started, so I think there should be more provided time for your preparation
The timing for the girls hostel are very less like in winters. It’s for 6 PM and for summer. It’s 7 PM and for boys. It’s like 9 PM to 10 PM.

Placement Experience:

The placement situation in the Pantnagar is very less and which needs very much improvement because there are very less packages come and very low packages available or offered in the univers University offered and pictures are needed to improve because the course which you are doing here and the package you’re getting at the end is not reasonable

Internships Opportunities:

As I am the first year student, so I’m not have any internship or anything else, but I am surely I will look forward to any type of internship regarding of my colleges according to my course and there are less internship provided in the college itself

What I Liked

Campus life is so much fun for me . I've been part of my college society , conducting some programs at student level is such a great experience .
College is at 3rd rank In India as per ICAR .

What I didn’t like

University is located in remote place ,it could be bad or good at the same time
Some strict hostel rules for girls which I really don't like because seriously it sometimes restrict you to participate in such events

Placement Experience:

Time to time several job opportunities are provided by the placement cell of uni. Placement for this corse varying from 5 lakh p.a. to 20 lakh per annum with almost 80%placement. Almost all the students get optimum placements.

Internships Opportunities:

Eggnog and several other companies provide such internship programs .international student exchange programs are also conducted . 5 batches till now have been set to Phillipines, Australia , France etc
