IIIT Lucknow B.Tech Admission 2026

At the undergraduate level, IIIT Lucknow provides B.Tech and B.Tech lateral-entry options. B.Tech branches include Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science and Business Management, and Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence. The regular B.Tech course lasts 4 years, carries an annual fee of INR 2.4 lakhs, and has 240 seats.

IIIT Lucknow B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must pass Class 12 from a recognised board or university with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

Ques. Which counselling option remains if JoSAA does not allot an IIIT Lucknow seat?

Ans. A student who misses a seat through JoSAA may register for the CSAB special rounds. CSAB uses JEE Main scores to fill vacant seats at IIITs, NITs and other participating institutes.

IIIT Lucknow Admission Process 2026

Students applying for B.Tech must complete the JEE Main application through the NTA portal:

Open the official NTA website and begin registration.
Create a login ID and password.
Enter personal details, including the applicant's name, contact number, address and date of birth.
Upload scanned copies of the passport-size photograph, the applicant's signature and the signature of the father, mother or guardian.
Pay the application charge through net banking, credit card, debit card, Paytm or UPI.
After completing every step, print the submitted application form.

IIIT Lucknow uses JEE Main performance to select B.Tech students. After results are declared, the counselling steps are:

Register on the official JoSAA website when counselling begins.
Enter the preferred institutes and courses, then lock the choices.
Review the mock allocation before JoSAA publishes the final seat-allotment results.
Accept an allotted seat by paying INR 70,000.

There is no auditorium and extra hostel for staying for accomodation

What I Liked

I choose this college because of its coding culture and high placement rates
And second resion is Girls and boys ratio 1:5

What I didn’t like

Due to high coding culture, Cultural life is decent
Hostel room facilities, because in a single big room 10 students are live.

Remarks:

I got admission in this college because of high placement and coding culture. I got admission via JEE MAINS through Jossa counciling. You need approx 99 percentile in jee mains to get admission. Easy process to get admission.

What I Liked

I like faculty member and classmates ,classrooms.
They provided nessecary item like bed , chair ,table ,Almiragh, and free wifi.

What I didn’t like

Infrasturcture are not sufficient for students.
Hostels are not available for students suffuciently because there is substantial distancde from hostels and Pg.

Remarks:

Yes i gave IIT JAM exam after clearing IIT Jam Exam i admitted at IIIT Lucknow. College free providing wifi and classrooms for study purpose .and they provided Chair,Table ,Almirah ,bed .There are not many hostel for staying thats the issue of the instutute. I prepare through various website like Un academy .peers learning plays a crucial role for my selection.

IIIT Lucknow: The Institute of National importance

What I Liked

The coding culture is very good in this institute.
The classrooms are very suitable for learning. They contain wifi digital boards and air conditioning.

What I didn’t like

The mess food is the only concern as it is very average. Also, there are no non-veg options.
And the ground facility is no so good here.

Remarks:

The main reason for choosing the college is the placement records. These records are very impressive. This institute is in first place in terms of growth rate among all the IIIts. Apart from that the coding culture is also a key highlight for the institute. Also, the M.Sc. program is very much unique and one of a kind across India.

What I Liked

The Compass life at triple IT Lucknow is very good. The faculty at triple to Lucknow are well qualified
as the college is new. The infrastructure is not much good.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure of IIIT Lucknow is not that good. It is newly established.
The campus is very small and not that much equipped

Remarks:

Placement at IIIT Lucknow is good as compared to many other IITs and newly constructed IITs and the environment at IIIT Lucknow is very good in terms of education and mentorship, provided by faculties and senior of our college

What I Liked

The classroom are filly ac centralized.
Mess food are really good and mess menu also changes

Outdoor Badminton court are there so you can not play in bad whether

Remarks:

I took admission because of better placements good academic culture and course curriculum. There were not any gd/pi required for admission in my course. And there is no academic pressure in our college.

Is IIIT Lucknow Placement are Real

What I Liked

The classroom are ac centralized and also been provided lab which open 24*7 for self study
Mess good are alo good and are clearn and neat all the time

What I didn’t like

There is not much thus in college to explore other than the Study.
There is outdoor badminton court mens you can not play any time badminton also have look for wheather

Remarks:

For IIIT Lucknow you have to take the Jee Mains exam which is held 2 times a year and have to be top 1% among all other students. College placements are real no fake data are used Here you have to only compromise with the campus life. Overall College is good if you want only placement that this college will be best for you.

IIITL has no Boundaries.

What I Liked

Campus life is very good . Here the students and faculty relationship is too good.
Faculty is too supportive, they provide proper guidance and aware the current industry demands.

What I didn’t like

There is no any thing to dislike because our campus is founded in 2019 in Lucknow.
As I saw before campus is new so the infrastructure are currently building more as per requirement.

Remarks:

This College is National Importance level. and the placement records of this College are very high the course structure is useful for current industry demands for Admission, I cracked the IIT JAM 2023 Exam and got admission through the CCMN counseling portal.
