AIIMS Bilaspur - The green AIIMS

What I Liked

Green campus of this college is like heaven on earth
Amount of seriousness and discipline associated with studies is unbelievable.

What I didn’t like

Location far from main city which make it difficult to go to City as we are not allowed to keep personal vehicles.
Study is too cumbersome and level of difficulty of exams is much more than other colleges.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostels are compulsory for every student. Registration is done along with admission in college. Hostel fee is almost nill since 120 per year is nothing as compared to outside rates. Hostels have double sharing rooms with common washrooms and they are of good quality. Regular cleaning is done of hostels by the hostel management team.

Campus Life:

Our college conducts intercollege fest named Synechiae in November month of year. It was our first intercollege fest this year which was a huge success. Library is well maintained in college but books are only available in the department. Mostly library is used by students for self study. Almost every type of sport is being played currently in our college except from swimming, golf etc. There is well maintained football ground, basketball ground and badminton court. Development in sports sector is under process and more complexes are yet to be made. College is socially active on instagram as there are pages for fest and college named Synechiae. There are few channels on YouTube maintained by students on YouTube like inside AIIMS, Medical world etc

What I Liked

The college campus is the most beautiful campus all over the India infrastructure is nice campus life is really chill especially in winters
There are early fest name Sainik a happening every November which includes fun activities and star nights and DJ nights we also celebrate all the festival including Diwali Holi Ganesh chaturthi and Janmashtami and makar Sankranti

What I didn’t like

According to my faculty is not appropriate in this college they need to teach in a good manner
Another thing I would like to highlight is the restriction of girls in the hostel after 10:00 p.m. night they can't walk or exercise near by places after 10 p.m.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel rooms are quite big. More than sufficient for two people with a balcony and mesmerizing view in the balcony. my balcony have a sunset Point in itself. Hostels are quiet affordable with rupees 50 per month and hostels are allotted at the time of admission in the college there are plenty of rooms even for the visitors of the students like parents and other guardians they can stay in the guest room provided near the hostels

Campus Life:

Campus life is still actually the campus is the most beautiful campus of AIIMS all over the India. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains and even more beautiful in rainy season and in winters library so luxurious and come place to study and scenery from the window of library is quite mesmerizing books are available for different subjects in library itself sports complex is quiet large with two basketball courts on tennis court to badminton courts and one football ground there are regular tournaments of cricket football basketball and badminton in every 3 to 4 months and also in the college fest there are social and drama clubs in the college run by students themselves

Hostel Facilities:

Aiims bilaspur have compulsory hostel for every mbbs student .the hostel fee is only 100 rupees and it is already included in 5856 /- There are 2 mess in aiims and many food stalls . However mess is also compulsory for mbbs students. Food quality is ok ok . That is common in every college as student always miss their home food. As mbbs is compulsory so we cannot rent a pg od room unless we are suspended . Affordability of hostel is very good. We habe dounke sharing rooms including 1 bed , 1 study table and cahir and 1 almirah. With sharing common bathrooms.

Campus Life:

Our college fest is SYNECHIAE and it is scheduled in november month every year. Fest is really good and helps in entertaining our boring study life. As our college is new so library is new and contains some basic books only . However it will be updated in upcoming years.amenities in classroom include fully ac and free wifi including projector and white boards. And about sports we have football ground, basketball court and golf ground .also includes tt room and gym in respective hostels . There are many instagram channels of aiims bilaspur. And quora websites etc. Extracurricular activities include celebrating festivals , dj nights , and football tournamnents.

What I Liked

Infrastructure of AIIMS bilaspur is so elegant and amazing . It is very beautiful and its location between hills makes it too good. Which provides boost to its smdical life. Environment here is so nice and pollution free.
It feels very calm here and provides eae for study and meditation. We have many students good at sports therefore we play along with study that keeps us depression free from mdical life

What I didn’t like

1) restrictions are there because it is new college 2) clinical exposure is less because it is new college 3)situated in small town
Faculty is ok ,infact good . Campus life has restrictions . Also we cannot have vehicles permission here so we have to walk in campus .

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel as well as student mess are compulsory for mbbs course in AIIMS bilaspur. Hostel fee are 100/-rupees only that is already included in 5856/-of complete fees. Hostel named aa ug boys hostel provide a double sharing roomincluding common bathrooms . Each student has 1 bed 1 study table and chair 1 almirah provided in good quality by AIIMS only. As it is compulsory therefore no pg or room can be rented as it is against permissions. We have to apply for hostel during 2nd round of neet ug counselling. If we have to rent any pg or room during suspension or parents visit it is easily found in hotels near by our campus. About mess we have 2student mess named dining block A and B . They are compulsory for each student with mess fess of 3500 per month.thwy provide us with breakfast,lunch, snacks and dinner . Quality of food is ok ok. As it is same story of every campus . Food for such large no. Of students can be made as such only. However committees are trying of improving food quality.

Campus Life:

Life at campus is beautiful but is also include some restriction. We have our college fest named SYNECHIAE . It is scheduled at November month every year. It includes dj nights and many other extra curricular activities and sports making our tough medical life enjoying for some days . About sports and extra curricular we have football ground,tennis table ,gym in respective hostel. We also have basketball court in our campus and lawn tennis court. Extra curricular include dj nights various competitions at festivals . Students may also participate in different quiz conducted in various medical colleges. As our college is new therefore we have recently built a new library.it initially have only few basic books of every subject however it will update soon and also will be established online too. There are Instagram handles of AIIMS bilaspur officially and of students also. They also run quora websites facebook and other channels at you tube also . students can get updated by our college

What I didn’t like

College has many restrictions . Library is not properly functional
It is situated in small town so lack from city exposure.

College is away from main Bilaspur and transport facilities in the area are less

Campus Life:

Campus life is quite good with various student clubs and infrastructure is top notch with all the facilities hostel room are quite spacious with 24 7 water and electricity services at just minimal charges
