AIIMS Bilaspur - The green AIIMS

What I Liked

Green campus of this college is like heaven on earth
Amount of seriousness and discipline associated with studies is unbelievable.

What I didn’t like

Location far from main city which make it difficult to go to City as we are not allowed to keep personal vehicles.
Study is too cumbersome and level of difficulty of exams is much more than other colleges.

Placement Experience:

After doing mbbs from AIIMS there is additional respect and preference given to the individual throughout the country. One can work as mbbs doctor in our own college with 50% reservation who has a salary of 90,000 per month.

What I Liked

The college campus is the most beautiful campus all over the India infrastructure is nice campus life is really chill especially in winters
There are early fest name Sainik a happening every November which includes fun activities and star nights and DJ nights we also celebrate all the festival including Diwali Holi Ganesh chaturthi and Janmashtami and makar Sankranti

What I didn’t like

According to my faculty is not appropriate in this college they need to teach in a good manner
Another thing I would like to highlight is the restriction of girls in the hostel after 10:00 p.m. night they can't walk or exercise near by places after 10 p.m.

Placement Experience:

There are no placements in any medical college all over India including the AIIMS but we have to do internship for 10 to 12 months with the stipend of 30000 per month. There is a 50% reservation quota for post graduation in the same college

Internships Opportunities:

As I said there are no such placements in any medical college all over the India including the AIIMS but we have to do an internship course of 10 to 12 months which gives us 30000 rupees per month we also have an internal quota for post graduation in same college

Placement Experience:

Aiims provide no placement .they just provide us a ug degree . However we have many opportunities aftee ug degree including md/ms, nonacad jr , upsc cms and medical officer etc. As my plan i have thought od doing derma ms or upsc cms .however my plan may change as i further proceed in this course.

Internships Opportunities:

We have a compulsory intershiof 1 year in AIIMS campus itself . AIIMS provide a stipend of 30000 per month during internship.however it donot confirms any placement.internship is compulsory. Stipend may also increase in proceeding years.

What I Liked

Infrastructure of AIIMS bilaspur is so elegant and amazing . It is very beautiful and its location between hills makes it too good. Which provides boost to its smdical life. Environment here is so nice and pollution free.
It feels very calm here and provides eae for study and meditation. We have many students good at sports therefore we play along with study that keeps us depression free from mdical life

What I didn’t like

1) restrictions are there because it is new college 2) clinical exposure is less because it is new college 3)situated in small town
Faculty is ok ,infact good . Campus life has restrictions . Also we cannot have vehicles permission here so we have to walk in campus .

Placement Experience:

There are no placements provided by AIIMS. They only give 1year of internship for enhancing your clinical skills.with a stipend of 30000 per month .however they provide you a tag of AIIMS which will help us with in our life interviews and other exams . My plans after doing mbbs is to pursue md orthopedics. However there are many options after ug degree such as md/ms ,upsc cms,medical officer in state,non academic junior resident etc. as I know we can get an average salary of 80k to 1 lac per month after joining any of the above mentioned. Course.

Scenic beauty from hostel balcony and facilities top notch facilities

What I didn’t like

College is away from main Bilaspur and transport facilities in the area are less

1-year internship is compulsory and you get a stipend in that you are posted in the hospital where you get to interact with patients and learn new skills and knowledge to become a good clinician this forms the base of your doctor journey
