College has placement cell which provides intership opportunity and all big 4 comes in college for on campus placements last year average package is 5 lakhs and highest goes up to 21 lakh. Last year more than 70 students got placed on decent package so yes ip provide placement opportunities and various seminar and webinar also conduct and different workshop.
I'm in an ngo named arambh I'm in their Dayanidhi unit which works for animal welfare. I got this opportunity through my college and I'm in an society named dakshi which works on Indian heritage and ancient history

But there are some internships which our college provides to students like working with teachers as assistant for research work. And if you’re applying for any internship through college you should have atleast 70% above attendance, percentage can differ college to college.
I have not done any internship under my college, but one of my friend did, they said it’s all about experience, you have keep up with everything you’re getting. It’s very helpful also, if you work under good professors.
Read Full ReviewA student must be very active in college and should have a good cgpa to get a placement offer from the college. But yes the placements are very less and are provided very rarely by the college so the students need to look out for themselves.
The college provides internship opportunities with foundations like J.E.E.T, Du beat etc. but they do not provide a stipend it usually provides an LOR some certificates of merit and experience etc. but at times there can be paid internships as well but it varies from course to course.

no i havent opted from internship from college as they are mostly unpaid and hr onces which im not interested in as of now..but there was projects and internships being sent by placement cell to us on a regular basis

The students can get their internships through various opportunities which keeps coming for the youth through the intership and job fairs in the college. One was recently organised on 1st of February.
No I have not opted for any internship as of yet but college conducts internship drives and events for students to explore various internship opportunities. Companies like big 4, KPMG, Deloitte , EY and PwC recruit students from our college for positions like assistant manager, salesperson, etc

J. E. E. T society of the college works for internship and job opportunities. I, personally had a 14 days internship in Younity community where I earned around 700 rupees as stipend which was performance based.
Read Full ReviewPlacements are offered in some specific courses like B.com(hon) , Computer science (hon) , maths (hon), eco(hon). Usually the placements offered for commerce department are more decent in comparison to other courses. Packages are ok the highest package in my course was 12,00,000 per annum and average package is 6,00,000 per annum. Mostly students don't sit for placements as they have there own plans .
No, I've not done any internship yet as I want to go for government exam so I am preparing for that only but college's placement cell also provides internships but according to me I would suggest to go for off campus internships

I didn't sit for the placements though but it was this time 6L for bcom students who got selected in Deloitte and few in other companies with decent packages and the highest job offer was 26L for someone in economics. which is pretty good. you have to apply for it in the 5th semester starting and you get selected I guess after 3-4 months of whatever the process is for your desired company and e-cell guides your throughout.
I got an off campus internship which was also because of my college and course and my role was to assist the customers which was an easy task overall and my stipend was 20000 per month which was pretty decent.
Read Full ReviewDeloitte and EY are the major firms that recruit from campus. There placement cell puts in major efforts to bring in internships throught the year for the students. The university fair is also conducted at times The job fair offers various other opportunities as well.
I have not yet opted for any internship via college or placement cell. However which college you are in does make an impact on your CV. it is recognised as a milestone and it raises expectations from your recruiter.

In 2024, Around 30 students got placed in Deloitte and EY. The highest package was Rs. 21 lakhs and the average package is Rs. 6 lakhs. My plan is to sit for the placement round after getting degree.
No, I have not opted for any internship opportunities offered by the college yet. The placement cell on a regular basis floats many internship opportunities but I didn't applied because I got another from LinkedIn.
