The Placement Cell has a wide network and offers on campus placement to students. One can also look for internships through participation and networking in societies. The Placement Cell allows 2nd and 3rd year students to participate and assume positions in the society.

We do not get any internships given from our college . However , there is an internal group of JMC students where the opportunities are floated and you can apply there . Also there are several competitions organised by Placecom where a pool of companies come and you can apply there as well by sitting in the interview .

While there were some internship opportunities in the placement cell lost people joined it after their last year or got those opportunities by themselves. The college was mostly theory driven and people focused on getting good master's opportunities.

Yes I have done internship in Pehchan an NGO which aims at teaching poor children living on streets at the post of project manager. It was non monetary done for the purpose of gaining experience. This was provided by department of commerce.
