There are placement programs conducted by the college and as it is mainly a teacher training institute, all the placements are regarding teaching and the placements are pretty good and can give financial stability.
The college sends all the students of 7th semester to internships to JNV schools where the students teach and learn for almost 4-5 months and get ratings on their teaching skills by the schools and it’s a very good way of training student-teachers about teaching.
Read Full ReviewWe have placements, 25-40k for integrated courses, one would definitely grab a placement if one wants to, 45-50k for Students who have their masters completed. Lots of schools from odisha and rest of india come to hire the best of the b.ed students trained here. Right from chinmaya to apollo international schools. Although most of the students grab either a govt. Teaching job or choose further studies, bsc b.ed opts for IIT JAM, and ba b.ed Students enroll themselves for masters in other colleges. Some students continue their studies here by pursuing m.ed as per their interest.
7th sem has an entire internship as student teachers in JNVs, the internship gets very real as the teachers at jnv impose their duties upon the interns a lot, along with the lesson and unit plans one has to do and the preparation for further career options at such a crucial time
Read Full ReviewBeing a teacher training institute regional institute of Education provides a total hundred percent of the placement. Though the packages is not that attractive. The package provided is about 3.2 lakhs per annum to 4.2 lakhs per annum . That's why students prefer to go for higher education rather than taking the placement. Do the employbility after completing the course is quite good because the students get eligible to become an TGT teacher right after completing the course. Students usually go for KV and JNV exams after completing the course. Last year the highest package was about 4.2 lpa. On an average 3.6 lpa is the salary. Employment opportunity after this course is quite high so that's why people prefer this course BSc b.Ed.
As this is a Teachers training institute every students are compulsory to go to internship. The internship is provided to variety of JNV Jawahar Navodaya vidyalaya all over the India. Students have to do a compulsory internship of 3 months in the JNVs. And this gives a huge exposure as teachers to the students. The internship is not paid but it give a huge amount of experience to the students
Read Full ReviewYes, we have a placement cell in our institute, and every year just before the end sems the placement takes place where schools from various schools of India participate in it and almost all students to sit in placement get placed. It offers a variety type of schools in its placement cell such as DAV and Chinmaya across the country. They too offer a good range of salary and take our students to their schools.
Yes, we are going for an internship for almost 4 months in the most prestigious school in our country the JNV which is a very good opportunity for us as it gives a real vibe of being a teacher and also helps us to enlarge our teaching skills according to it. It is a very beneficial art of work that the institute offers and we are very heartily thankful to the institute and its management for this kind of hands-on experience. Students usually go to the JNV of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odessa. It doesn't offer an internship facility in the North-East.
Read Full ReviewThis is the only professional degree college providing campus placement. Where school all over india attend it. The students in the final year are eligible to attend the campus placement drive. This year it was conducted in the previous month ( April). 35 school all over india attended it. The highest package was 55k per month and lowest 28k per month. But very few students accept the offer as they wanted to pursue master degree (pg) in respective fields.
I am in 6th sem now. So I will be eligible for it in the coming year. But I am not willing to be a part of this because I am preparing for master I the field of chemistry. But surely I will be sitting in interview to have a idea about the same.

Teaching Internship in teacher educators institutions and taught to B.Ed. and Int. B.Ed. students at Utkal University, Odisha. No stipend provided here. Project like to prepare proper teaching plans with appropriate resources. Task like to conduct some brain storming activities in the class.
Read Full ReviewAfter completing the particular course different private schools are offered for placement opportunities. They offered job on the basis of the mark secured by students. The average package of the placement is between 400000 to 500000 yearly. If placement and job opportunities are not there for students, i supposed to continue my further studies in other college.
During seventh semester in 4th year of this course which I have chose the intership opportunity is provided to all the students. Students are able to visit JNVs which are central government schools for the intership programme. There they stay for 4 months and take around 120 classes and the overall reports of those classes has to be submitted after internship programme.
