- Infrastructure is best of our college with modern Infrastructure.
- Faculty are very cooperative and are highly qualified.
Dislikes
- College is having placement but its package is less compared to Xavier
- Campus is having all thinks but its little small and dont have field.
Remarks :
The college admission process is quiet easy they take students by seeing there class 12 marks and there is no interview or test but after selection there is one orientation program, basically i choose this college as this College have no mandatory attendance for B.com program and it helped me as i am a CA student.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The Faculty members are highly qualified of our college they are all professionals and are having good speaking skills and are very helpful there teaching way are very advance and understandable and on the other hand our curriculum and course is regulated from Calcutta University syllabus.
Placement Experience :
Our college provides interships basically in summers and placement after completion of our course with good companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Etc. And many more companies/firms comes to hire from our college, the placement cell is very good if as student wants to get good placement they prepare and gets it.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are taken semester wise and for my batch its approx. 30k-35k for morning batch rest afternoon and evening batches are having different fees structure there are reservation for Gujarati peoples and for sports quota persons.
Campus Life :
Our college infrastructure is the best in whole University afflicted college and are very modern, the rooms have air conditioner and smart boards and mordern & comfortable furnitures, our college is the best in whole Calcutta university college in conducting fest and sport events. Our college library have many books and are having comfortable sitting space with air conditioner and computers, our college have sport arena too and have clubs for different extra curricular activities and students run the clubs and many other thinks are provided by our college.
Hostel Facilities :
Only girls hostel/PG is provided by college, they have PG/Hostels affiliated with then in that area for girls and many other boys/girls/co-ed PG are there for others which range from 8000/month to 18000/month with food.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
