I get this from WBJEE councelling I wrote this exam and I scored rank under 16k then I applied for this councelling and in first round I get this college The cutt off of my branch was 18k No I didn't face any group discussion
Course Curriculum Overview :
If I talk about my course the well structured,the things a electrical students should study is well mentioned And it very helpful for those who are opting for higher studies like Mtech or Msc The faculty members are well good they try their best to help us as well as the teacher their style is quite enjoyable and my favourite teacher is BB sir one of the most rated faculty of our college As This college is makaut affiliated so the exam are taken by makaut itself
Internships Opportunities :
Yes i opted internship through DEVTOWN. they provided me the internship in Amazon but that not paid and our college provide internship in 3rd year in COGNIZANT of 16000 for 3 months and TCS also provide
Placement Experience :
The placement from our is well decent The highest package was 45lpa off campus and 12 lpa on campus and the average was 3lpa There are several companies visit our college like tech Mahindra ,TCS , cognizant, Accenture The eligibility criteria for the place is minimum 7 CGPA to be eligible
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If I talk about semester fees then it 52000/ sem and yearly fees is about 104000 Caution money -5000 Workshop+lab -12000 Medical -2000 And there is no such scholarship criteria but there is a scholarship provided by State gov named as SVMCM (only for wb students) Admission fees -110000
Campus Life :
Campus Life is quite decent because the reason is AOTs culture the students that came to study is generally from their HS In college there is a fest named as ARCADIA and TECHFIESTA Several celebrity singers were invited here The infrastructure is quite maintained and the cleanliness is up to the mark The one who loves greenery then this place is for him.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is well good there is nothing ragging seen in the hostel the hostel warden is like a best friend he helps us in every situation and guide us . He is like best person i ever seen we call him kaku.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.

Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
