- I disliked the strictness about attendence
- I don't like the academic calendar which contains less holidays
Remarks :
According to my entrance exam I saw this will be the best college for me including fee structure and academics I heard about the good academics of our college, average placement, job opportunities etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I personally like electronics and communication engineering so I choose this course And the academics and faculty is too good according to my 6 months experience The stream and exam both are little tough
Internships Opportunities :
I've not information about internship yet . But as I heard there is multiple internship opportunities for students. One of my senior from 2nd year is also doing an internship
Placement Experience :
You must have minimum 6.75 Cgpa and no pending backlog for placement Our recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant etc Heights package from our college is 43.5 lpa and lowest is 1 lpa Average package is 3-4 lpa In year 2023, 143% eligible candidates got job offers from our college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In first sem , for taking admission I paid 107000 Rs and for other seven sem I've to pay 52000 rs. That is tution fees for general candidates But for tution fees weaver quota it is much less than usual
Campus Life :
College is little strict about unnecessary bunk and absence in class Various types of sports club available here like basketball, volleyball, football etc Every year college organise a grand fest named Arcadia Overall my campus life is good
Hostel Facilities :
I'm not in hostel but according to my hostel friends, hostel room and mess food quality is good According to fees , they provide quality food for students The hostel environment is smoke and ragging free

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
