Their teaching is very good specially morning batch, they even provide various facility’s, be it tally, excel classes etc , they even excel in extra curricular activities and the best thing is they always provide us with various workshops
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum for the BCom Honours programme at the Bhawanipur education College was well structured, offering a robust mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application which helps my learning experience. the faculty members were knowledgeable and approachable, providing not just academic guidance but also career advice and mentor ship which greatly enhanced my overall educational journey that dedication to student.
Placement Experience :
After completing The course my employability depends on various factors such as my academic performance, internship, experience, skills and networking abilities without campus placement. I will have to explore alternative route such as freelancing or start-up work. The eligibility criteria is 60% aggregate. In the course and few of the recruiters about Google Microsoft’s, Amazon, IBM and Deloitte and the number of offers made was 80 out of every hundred students. The highest package was ?25,00,00 per annum which was by Google and the average package was ?8,00,00 per annum across all companies ,percentage of students getting placements for 80%.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
A general breakdown for my three year course was it includes components such as like tuition fees was between 25,000-30,000 per month. Registration fee was 5000 ,admission fee was free for me. Caution fees were 5000 often refundable ,development fees was around 6000 and lab fees were up 15,000 for 1 Year. Tuition fee increase annually by approximately 5 to 10%.
Campus Life :
Life on campus was amazing and dynamic by a good atmosphere by various clubs and organisation. There were events like Umang and Illmaisu which are held in December and July respectively, Which showcased talent through performances and competitions. Sports amenities were oppressive offering facilities for athletics, football and basketball alongside numerous extra curricular activities that encouraged participation and team spirit. Additionally, social groups such as the student council and cultural committee operated Independently maintaining website to keep students informed.
Hostel Facilities :
I opted for a hostel,the food quality and menu included a mix of north Indian South Indian and vegetarian options to apply for hostel rooms. You need to submit an application form usually available on the college website along with required documents such as ID proof, admission letter and fees. The registration process involves filling out the form paying the fees and selecting your room preference affordability varies depending on the hostel. Since I rented a PG near my college in the Bhawanipore area. It was a convenient location with access to local markets, eateries and transportation hubs. However, if I want to review the hostel facilities that the food quality was decent with a rotating menu that caters to different taste and affordability is relatively good considering the service provided

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
