Remarks :
Admission process is very smooth college staff members helps in every steps . Our college accepts students through exams like wbjee and jee .you can also take admission through your 12th board result
Course Curriculum Overview :
Couse curriculum is updated, teachers are very dedicated they even entertain students doubt even after the class hours , maximum teachers are from IITs and all the teachers are highly qualified.Weekly assesments are also held
Internships Opportunities :
I have not applied for intership yet since I am in first year but heard many seniors got good intership opportunities in big companies.. teachers also guide during internship or any problems faced during internship
Placement Experience :
You need a minimum of 6.5 cgpa to sit in all the interview. Top companies like Amazon , google also hire from our campus tough our main mass hirer is kpit and tcs ... teacher support for intership opportunities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
At the time of admission one needs to pay 1lakh rupees which includes first semester fees and then 52000 next 7 semester each .You can avail svmcm scholarship if you fullfill the eligibility criteria in which you get 60000 rupees per year .
Campus Life :
Arcadia is the name of our fest which occurs in the moth of November, our campus has its own gym , canteen , Library, social clubs which include photography, dancing, music , Robotics , senior junior interaction is also good
Hostel Facilities :
Once you need to pay 10000 rupees then each month 2500 rupees for hostel and 3000 rupees for mess .Mess food is comparatively good ,rented room or pg is also available in the locality, hostel rooms are also nice

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
